  1. lol yeah coz I'm sure it's not suss at all grabbing my phone in the middle of the gym to take pics of some chick. I don't doubt that all the aggressive testosterone meatheads will promptly rectify the situation. lol.
  2. There's this one girl that goes to my gym, she often comes in and runs the treadmill for a half hour, then hits the weights. Her body, while looking a bit defined for a girl, is stunning. She isn't lifting large weights so much, but god damn she's doing well. Perfect form for everything, and she really gives it all she's got. And she still has f**king AWESOME boobs. Have seen her outside the gym once at the nearby mall, absolutely gorgeous. Such a pretty girl when she's not in gym clothes. If women with the closed-minded views could look at this girl and what exercises she does, I'm certain they'd reconsider.
  3. That all sounds too logical to be true
  4. WHAT SHELL SAID! lololol
  5. sent you an SMS mate, no reply or call though....still need the wheel? haha
  6. Yeah I'm like that with 99% of vegies too man....though I do quite like salad - whatever lettuce, tomatoes, onion, olives, cucumber, avocado, and sometimes mushrooms with a good drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I could eat that by itself, if I didn't crave steak on the side like you wouldn't believe
  7. It's a bush bearing turbo, not ball bearing. There will be a small amount of shaft play since the bearing essentially floats in oil
  8. as in, he's better in person? I'm not saying his attitude is bad - personally I like it (even though it seems a bit harsh) Birds - you say you don't like veges etc, perhaps give what I do occasionally a shot: Grab 2kg of lean mince, an onion chopped, 300g mushrooms chopped, and a heap of peas+carrots+corn from one of those frozen packets. Mix all this up in a pot with whatever you want for flavour (garlic and red wine tomato stuff is my favourite). Then cook up some brown rice or pasta to go with it, and you've got yourself lunches for the week. It will help with getting some veges into your diet, albeit not THAT much, as well as giving plenty of protein for the carnivore in ya
  9. Spotting too many ulehs with hectic BOVs around lately.....protip: getting boost that easily in first gear is NOTHING to feel cool for
  10. I like Richard's plan
  11. Just go some second hand Nismo injectors and be safe.
  12. I (along with some quite knowledgeable fellas from work) agree with 99% of the stuff from the PTC newsletter. Hit attitude is a bit off, but the method is quite good!
  13. probably s13 RB25DET or something, Eiji?
  14. I have a single space saver rim you can HAVE if you want.
  15. If it's idling high, check for vacuum leaks after the throttle body, INCLUSIVE OF THE AAC/IAC. It might be faulty/thrown out. Only way idle can go up is for there to be more air getting in, so if the throttle plate is still closing then you have a leak somewhere behind that. EDIT: could also potentially explain the lag with boost and then R&R - if boost is leaking out of the manifold after the throttle body, then for the manifold pressure to get to 10psi there would be MUCH more airflow through the AFM to overcome the leak.
  16. Not so much mineral content...I believe that what information I could find indicated that it was ruled that some of the waxes they add to some oils can be called "synthetic", and therefore a "fully synthetic" oil only had to be 75% synth plus the other shit they let past. What problem did you have with it? I'm running it at the moment and haven't noticed any problems...will be doing a change soon too so I'll see what it looks like. changing at 4000km since the only bloody driving my car really sees is almost always on cold start map so I'm a little worried that I've farked the oil from fuel that hasn't evaporated. Drive to work only sees my water temp get to 65 - 70 deg
  17. yes they're supposed to. Shopfront won't so much "let it slide", but moreso they just won't realise.
  18. I've always had this problem...dunno how you don't have much Though depending on how hard I've thrashed the car, I will occasionally jack it higher on the left hand side to allow a further ~400ml or so oil to drain out. As an indirect result of this, the filter will retain more oil due to the angle...oh I don't know, either way, if I can avoid fiddling around with the f**king thing on the side of the block, I'll do it! haha
  19. Either you guys have conveniently crafted a catch container for the remaining oil in your filter when you unscrew it (ice cream container for example), or you don't give a rats ass about the amount of oil that remains in the filter and pours out down the side of the block and all over the steering rack/wishbone etc... I like a neat, tidy, and most of all CLEAN engine bay. Having to use that much degreaser to clean that shit is a pain in the ass, and I'm certainly not leaving it there. With a relocation kit the filter will either already be "hanging" and therefore won't pour oil out, or will be in a position where it's much easier to place a catch container underneath it so as to not spill oil everywhere. Nobody agrees? If you guys have a way around this shitstorm mess, PLEASE TELL ME. As long as it doesn't involve getting your car even HIGHER off the ground - ie hoist.
  20. I'd chip in for small claims court costs to get your ball rolling lol...this shit just ain't cool.
  21. For either Phil or anyone who would start a group buy for a relocation kit separate to these coolers, I'm in for one of those. I can't justify a cooler (even for this price) but a relocation kit is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for anyone who does their own oil changes imo, lol.
  22. You can get speeding fines, you don't have to pay them. If you chose not to pay, don't return to the USA without expecting to be thrown in gaol (or jail as it may be)
  23. f**k DA POHLEECE
  24. Is it 10 years old or less (I know, unlikely)? Will have to go to Dickson for the identity check regardless.... OTHERWISE...I took my R33 GTS-T to [PM sent with location] when transferring from QLD to ACT. Only thing he didn't let me through with was stupid 5% tint, otherwise he didn't check height, didn't check volume and had a rough glance through the engine bay. Nothing really stands out on the car, and engine bay was entirely stock (minus FMIC sprayed black, doubt he'd care anyway). The reinspection was as simple as calling him to let him know I was on my way, rocking up, and him ticking all the boxes. He didn't even look out the front door to make sure I actually removed the tint! Much respect to him.
