  1. Yeah you might be able to make it there. Mind you, this won't include the necessary drivetrain upgrades...
  2. Don't spose ya got plates? I'd pay good money to find myself in your shoes there, only I'd be more disappointed when the Besanko pulled short of the lights.
  3. I dunno. I never expect anything (not that I actually expect to NOT be given something, I'm just selfless) At least this way I'm always surprised lol
  4. you're a debate phil.
  5. I'd say it'd be more of a set figure than a percentage... Let's say in theory, you're putting out 2000hp at the flywheel - a 500hp loss through the transmission is a MASSIVE amount of drag and friction - just think of the heat and wear that kind of resistance would be causing...
  6. 5/10 If you're not a stupid little school kiddy, then yes CRD are a reputable workshop. Do some research like searching these forums for keywords, and head to their website. Also, 1000 horsepower will be setting you back anything around $50,000 and upwards, so enjoy.
  7. 2nd hand RB20 turbo couldn't exceed $100....probably like $50
  8. Well I AM heading to Civic for teh shopping and coffee (which anyone may join my mate and I in doing)....so who knows, depends when (if) I finish.
  9. Christmas shopping brah
  10. I concur!
  11. I thought Nytsky made 427rwkw on E85 from a GT35R
  12. 8500rpm on standard RB25DET? lol I don't think the valvetrain would appreciate that, if it didn't vibrate itself to pieces first
  13. Yeah looks like I jumped the gun on the concert. I was very afraid and assumed I wouldn't hear a single GOOD song from their older days, but apparently they played heaps. Maybe next time I'll consider it.
  14. maybe. BIG maybe. Don't count on me though, you know I never turn up.
  15. don't worry about it man, mine does it from time to time particularly after it dries out when it gets wet. Just the pivot point by the sounds of it.
  16. Yeah I'd be 100% down if they played their old stuff, but I'm not willing to take that risk for the cost of the ticket. Also yeah Powerchip was linked in the members section, so I relinked in the LULZ thread in Wasteland, as well as my signature.
  17. And that's why. I would NOT pay to see that shitty bunch of cocksucking pansies now if you paid me.
  18. ouchies
  19. Since you sound like a good bloke I'm going to give you a little insider tip not normally told to the general public.... Head down to Bunnings. Go to the Gardening aisle - here you will find hoses and fittings. Get yourself one of the BASIC nozzles, you know, the one with the twisty end. Make sure it's POPE brand. They're a direct factory replacement.
  20. that aint very much lol... Obviously depending on parts used etc etc, but when my engine comes out some time in the future, it's gonna cost me upwards of $10k
  21. hmm, but I don't have a wideband to do the tuning ourselves. Also, I'm not all that keen to get much done in Canberra - either the tuner is shit, or they're great and charge heaps.
  22. in after homo posts
  23. Roughly how much would I be looking at for a full retune onto E85? Obviously depends on where you go, and how good the tuner is....but for arguments sake, let's say Yavuz @ Unigroup...just wanna know if I can afford it just yet
