  1. Not me again at this rate. f**king car. lol
  2. and we all know how Dickson's gonna go..... "THIS STICKER AIN'T ON THE REPORT!"
  3. lol exactly mate I've learned that lesson!
  4. Well failing my cat-less test this arvo, it will be going into autotech next monday for pressurised smoke through the intake test to find any leaks...and if I haven't tried dropping the cat yet, they'll also chuck her on the dyno for a run with only the dump pipe. If it's the cat, I don't give a shit lol. Just means I gotta drive it a bit softer for a while til i replace it like I've been meaning to And after speaking to Stao (Hypergear), he's assured me how unlikely it is for anything to go wrong with the turbo to cause this, short of damaging the wheels themselves - which is amazingly unlikely too. helps for peace of mind, love that guy's customer service.
  5. hahaha, just covering all bases
  6. Another stupid question, but you wired it the right way around too? I mean, positive on negative is gonna pump backwards I'd think
  7. HOLY SHIT, your car is on the road to some degree TiTAN?! fark, this is good news
  8. haha...well my cat already (and has been since I got the car back after work was done for this power) makes a horrid metal vs metal vibration sound, but I'm fairly sure that it's the heat shielding on the top....I may or may not remove the exhaust from the front pipe and go for a VERY short drive this arvo to see if it's all good without that one there, but I don't know if I cbf risking it lol.... It's a ceramic cat of some kind...only strange thing about it is that it managed to flow 294.4rwkw the other week :\
  9. Ahh, but today at lunch I removed the vac line to the actuator, and still couldn't make REAL boost....barely made it to 1 bar...if everything is working correctly, I should have shot through to overboost cut quicker than you can say wtf I too am going to go insane with this shit lol
  10. Somewhere much more south Tuggers would be pref tho
  11. Nah sorry I meant I assumed I had a stock pump, and it turned out to be some Walbro thingy. Mine's just sitting there doing nothing....but at this stage I doubt I'd be able to shoot out to Mitchell again...already done it twice in the past week, which is twice more than I'd like to lol... I might swing out there after work on Friday though, but only because I usually find my way out civic direction that time anyway. Otherwise, no sooner than that sorry. At least that gives you some time to work out what your pump is doing.
  12. haha, well at least you aren't spotting yourself "fixing" massive boost leaks, only for the car to be disturbingly laggy afterwards...
  13. I have a Walbro pump from my car that I assumed was just the stocker. You can have it for $20 if you want lol....was working absolutely fine when it was in mine running 190rwkw.
  14. hahaha, yeah when I came up beside you I wasn't sure if you realised who I was from here....so I gave you a really ghey wave and then felt like an idiot rofl
  15. Spotted Nerm in Trojan this arvo, then Frink on the way home along Yamba Drive
  16. yeah stuff having it full of water. Moisture will be unavoidable though given the age of the plastics and guaranteed hairline cracks somewhere... Kat is changing her fuel setup as her power/boost requirements exceed the flow capacity of her current setup lol....she should be exceeding 400awkw, so it would seem her pump just can't cope hopefully the only issue you have with your pump was that it got plugged up.....if the pump fails though while under high revs/full throttle, be prepared to do some nasty damage to the engine...but it's unlikely if the pump itself is fine.
  17. Don't trust Kat. She probably set it on fire then ran it over several time. Evil woman she is.... jks, I'd go for her fuel pump anyway to be honest, prevention is better than cure.

  19. Yeah could very much be a gasket issue, especially if it gets louder when under a bit of load at low revs. My VL does the same sort of thing, shuts up when it's warmed up. Skyline did it a bit, but got the manifold gasket changed before it got bad. Could also be bearings somewhere, but this is unlikely.
  20. Depends on whether or not it shits itself/gets blocked while you're giving it stick or not
  21. Yeah that water issue you have is an odd one :S can you take a pic of the spot you suspect it's getting in?
  22. The tyre well - was it the issue I mentioned previously last time you said something about it? Big phat hole in the bottom that's supposed to be plugged.
  23. Post got deleted by the looks.
  24. Congratulations, you can now PM people. Useless prick.
