  2. I give up lol. Dropped by Pirtek, the dude there had just taken over that distributor and the previous dude had taken all the ProFlow fittings when he left. Ended up just dropping off the pump at ESP for them to source the parts...ah wellz.

I'm not even kidding when I say I'm gonna ask for something, and if they don't know what I'm after straight up, I'm screwed. lol kk, so I'll need 1 way valve, adapter, pipe to stop vibration noise, some hose clamps, short pipe to join filter, and re-use the filter off my current fuel pump? or source a new filter?

If I'm currently running a std R33 GTS-T intank pump, and will be running the 044 as an intank, do I only need to purchase: the EA/EB sock filter a length of 2" fuel hose a length of 15mm fuel hose 2 3" hose clamps I see "a few connectors" in there....what connectors are we talking about exactly? I'm going to be walking into Repco/Autobarn with my 044 and asking for this shit, I wanna know what I'm talking about lol. ty

  11. Andrew, sort of on topic, but I agree completely with that point! Almost everything that companies advertise on their cars is just a name they give to a STANDARD FEATURE OF ALL MODERN CARS just to make it seem unique and special. SIDI is a prime example.

Nah it aint engine braking, it's seriously like I fully lifted off the throttle, then put back on enough to maintain current speed - but I DIDN'T fully lift off, only enough to come off boost and open the BOV. idk, I'll rip the BOV off when I change the turbo next weekend and see what the dealio is. EDIT: It's like I hit R&R when it happens, or like I have an atmo BOV, so the extra fuel going in when I let off throttle causes loss of power for a split second

If my stock BOV makes a VERY loud whoosh sound when I close the TB, even in neutral if I rev it (sound is coming from the pod filter) would this indicate there is either something wrong with it, or it has been blocked off/fked with for hektic dose? Another problem I've noticed is if I'm cruising in any gear except 5th, slightly positive manifold pressure, and let off the throttle enough to drop boost below -5mmHg, it feels like I've completely let the throttle off and immediately put it back on enough to not be decelerating...this REALLY pisses me off, as it make it hard to accelerate up to say 100kph in 4th, then let off when I get there without changing to 5th....it's a massive jerk on the car. Would just go out and buy a GTR bov, but haven't seen any for sale Also I'm running 11psi if that makes any diff.

  23. Don't wanna take the attention away from OP, but if I have a single 044 pump, and nismo 740's, at what rough power would the pump need to be upgraded on e85? Would it handle 350rwkw on an RB25? Sorry I would search the upgrade threat, but god known nobody really posts their pumps in it lol
