  4. I've pissed it off a couple of times in the past, just requires rest lol. Think I overdid it on the rest period this time coz I've gotten so into riding I just didn't care for leg day lol...was too sore most days anyway

  6. Don't my first squat session in a while since pissing off my patella tendon....Oh fark I'm screwed after only 1 set, which is 20kg less than last time. So much for all that riding at least helping maintain anything lol. Guess I must be riding the wrong bike amirite?
  7. I just do flat/incline bench and weighted dips. Been focusing more on incline recently though.

Sourcing and price discussion shouldn't be allowed, of course...but anywhere or anyone that would rather force ignorance onto the curious has no place in my ideal community.

  12. Haha cheers rev I was mostly just kidding with the plateau comment, though definitely keen to get up to repping 180kg as long as I've got at least another 60kg of plates by March - back on the gain train

  14. I did a few 3 rep sets of 160 after the 180, then a bunch of weighted pull ups, it'll do

  16. Yeah I've swapped to Sumo permanently to avoid SIJ issues. I did a single conventional pull of 100kg this morning, and could immediately notice a dull pain in my SIJ. I agree on the 4x 20kg plates though haha, just looks f**king tough. If I buy more plates though I'll have no excuses not pushing for 200 lol....I'm a little scared

  18. got my 180kg deadlift in this morning weighed in at 77kg. Stoked!

  21. Haha sorry bro, definitely not 5x 100, 3x 165, 1x 175. It's the most I've pulled by 2.5kg well go for 180 next session though!
