While I don't doubt you're probably correct in saying so, as your reasoning makes perfect sense, you failed to back yourself up with the CORRECT information. The RTA website listing approved inspection stations says that if it's modified or IMPORTED. Though this website is wrong for many things, so that could be incorrect. But seeing as Skylines are imported, y'kno...oh well, I'll still post results when I take it to Lanyon next week.
