  1. See now I'm a little more confused - see: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/200767-gym-and-supplement-discussion/?p=7097614
  2. I'd stick with where you are now until you can manage 2 or 3 reps of 100 Even if it means resting for like 10 seconds between reps, just don't let go of the bar. Either way, congratulations on 100kg Lessh! It's pretty damn awesome
  3. OK I need some clarification here on some lifts and what their goddamn f**king correct names are lol...I'll detail what I believe some they are, so just correct me if I'm wrong. Clean Loaded bar on ground > explosively lift bar to front squat position Power clean Same as clean, but starting from knee height Clean and jerk Loaded bar resting on floor > explosively lift bar to front squat position > drop to a lunge stance of sorts, while keeping the bar where it to finish with it above your head and arms locked > move back to standing position Clean and press Same as clean and jerk, but final stage is a strict military/front overhead press from shoulder height rather than dropping your body under the bar Am I right?
  4. Before I actually reply I need to clear some shit up with these lifts, will ask the question in gym and supp thread if you care to input it's to do with defining each lift, since they're all very f**king similar yet have completely different names that seemingly mean one thing but in fact mean something else. Before I get the question answered, I'll just be retarded - I've occasionally chucked in a bunch of cleans (be it power cleans from knee height, or whatever the f**k it is from the ground) towards the end of my back or shoulder sessions. If it was a shoulder sesh I'll usually continue the movement through to the overhead press, though if it's just back that session I'll increase the weight and not add the press.
  5. BAHAHAHAHAHA smooooooooth
  6. Good on ya....though it actually kinda pisses me off you passed
  7. SERIOUSLY? CONGRATS! I'M HONESTLY SURPRISED THEY DIDN'T f**k YOU ON THE RESTRAINTS LOL
  8. I'm sure if you praise him super nicely, Rajab might even let him drive
  9. Spend more than you need then, I'm not gonna stop ya
  10. Would have to do them on the grass lol, overhead press while standing = plates hit ceiling
  11. Don't do it man, lol
  12. Let's see how well my laptop can run this...fingers crossed lol
  13. hahahaha love the soundtrack bit Hence why I bought this the other week - can hit every muscle group without a worry, and obviously no worries at all with the primary lifts.
  14. haha yeah Eric, it was a joke f**k ab exercises, waste of time. Squats with correct technique build good core strength, and if that's not enough just chuck in a heap of planks. Winning.
  15. chuck in overhead press and pullups of some kind and you've hit every muscle group....except the most important of all - abs lol
  16. Yeah that's about right did I mention I didn't even get an x-ray done until 18 weeks after the incident? Yeah, I'm awesome. Very rarely now lol thanks to developing an issue with my SIJ....but I went on to pull 172.5k @73kg I've switched to sumo stance recently which has alleviated that problem almost entirely, so just gotta get back to doing them consistently I guess
  17. Perhaps NOW it's balls, but initially anything remotely risky I did after breaking my back was purely out of ignorance and arrogance was back in the gym 4 days after doing it LOL
  18. HG SS4 alpha - high mount external gate, 400rwkw on jungle juice
  19. Watcha mean exactly? Obviously have to just cop them lol, not like I WASN'T in the wrong however I'll be getting an extension on the due date for the fines
  20. So Shell quotes the original post without editing it, just to ensure said scumbags didn't miss it
  21. Oh dear, Nathan's posting. I thought I could smell something....bloody Toyota drivers
  22. I don't give a fark what you boats are hearing, coz all we SHOULD be hearing is GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE
  23. There's nothing unsafe about what you're doing Leesh - just the remote potential for gastric upset or remote dehydration (which is the only potential negatives I took from that article). As you said, you've already been taking it at a particular time - if this hasn't presented you with any concerns as I mentioned, then you've got nothing to worry about at all. It's not like they're prescription meds with potential interactions
  24. +1 for Stao's pre and post-sale customer support. The guy's dedication to helping his customers, potential or current, is ridiculous.
