  1. Lip to guard distance is the governing factor (assuming you didn't widen the track of your car by a ridiculous amount). For example, TECHNICALLY, the standard R33 GT-R rims needed to be added to my engineer's certificate, even though they're only 17x9" +30 (or +35, can't recall).

  5. Interesting, thanks for the insight Markos! Well my upper back is definitely feeling it from the deadlifts, so at least I can see it hit my traps etc harder than anything I've been trying to fill the deadlift gap with. Plus my lower back still feels fine
  6. Well I gave Sumo a shot today to see if it pisses off my lower back like regular deadlifts always manage to...nope, absolutely no pain at all. It removes a lot of load from the lower back and send to hand it off to your legs lol. Managed to do better today than the last time I did regular deads. Will definitely be doing Sumo deadlifts from now on, though I'll still get to sorting out WTF is wrong with my regular deadlift.

  9. I actually find it harder to do the proper motion without weight haha....though it's leg day for me today, definitely going to give just squatting for a minute a go before I get into it.

  16. Very dark s1 r33 just earlier at the intersection near super cheap in Tuggers with ridiculously dark tint lol. Gave a thumbs up but couldn't see the driver through that shit
  17. haha 8 plates is a perfect warmup (even if they're 25kg each )

There's a pin-loaded seated leg press machine thingy I've used a couple of times, but unfortunately even on the max weight setting I still manage sets of 12+ reps lol I like doing single-leg incline press with ~100kg loaded up after whatever my main leg exercise was (squats or proper leg press).
  19. That's more than I see most guys doing lol Yeah I've only just got back into doing squats again since ditching them at the beginning of the year or thereabouts. Much more effective, and as you said saves a lot of time loading plates lol

  22. What. The. f**k How many plates is this? lol If there's one thing I HATE about leg press, it's having to load 16+ 20kg plates onto the f**ker, then back off again when I'm done. Use more energy just setting it up than doing the movement!! haha
  23. I wasn't quite hinting at 'augmented reality' (as a defined term lol)....was more hinting that you can add/modify things to make reality more fun
