  1. Nah unfortunately don't think it's scabies either. If it's still around in a couple of days I'll see a doc, but my mate whom recently experienced the exact same thing had great results with Zyrtec so I'm gonna grab some of that and see how it goes. Plus my "rash" if you could call it that doesn't look anything like the examples of scabies I found haha....that shit looks really worrying! Mine's mostly from scratching lol
  2. Other than still waking up covered in sweat, I'm now also dealing with something in my house causing horrible skin irritation on my hands and feet. It feels like most of my hands (inc. the palms) are covered in nasty mosquito bites. Same with my feet. Itchiest EVER.
  3. Hahaha that'd be my mate Michael's GT-R. Needs a bit more than a wash right now lol (new clutch, PROPER tune, and mysterious misfire investigated)....otherwise yeah it does sound f**king nice haha
  4. Uhh....holy shit lol, that's almost be enough incentive for me to break sobriety
  5. Bit like me when I whip the bass out... But my god do I love fingering the G-string
  6. Would've been funny to see I'm actually really surprised I've never managed that tbh. I've GONE to do it countless times, but seems instinct kicks in when there's nothing below my foot where I expect there to be something, so the whole movement just ends up as a bit of a spasm most of the time lol
  7. Exactly this. It's less "over training" and more "under resting" so to speak. Another reason I got such got results when I was unemployed lol, had all the time in the world to recover.
  8. I think that sigh pretty much sums up "over training", don't you boz?
  9. I'd totally suggest XD9s, but I'm not sure that wheel would look decent in any colour against the colour of your car. Saw white XD9s on a bayside blue 32 GT-R a while back. Was the sex imo.
  10. Everyone here harasses Markos for his opinion day in day out, yet they completely ignore what he has to say on anything they don't want to hear. Typical f**king internet huh. Markos - care to ditch a single sentence post in here regarding your thoughts on "over training"? People seem to have ignored forgotten what you said on it last time.
  11. I've said this before - whether 3 days is optimal or 5 days; if you're overall happier going in and busting it out 5 days a week instead of 3, why the f**k wouldn't you? Personally I'd rather "waste my time" doing extra workouts instead of whatever the alternative, wishing I was doing something. But that's just me, I f**king HATE being sedentary with a passion.
  12. I think he was just TL;DR'ing the topic of the article as it's stupid haha...definitely sarcasm.
  13. Yeah, used to have one of those at the small practice at Monash shops...though a combination of significantly reduced frequency in illnesses as well as typical adolescent arrogance (let's face it, I'm hardly 25 in the head ) has seen me rarely visit GPs at all....might need to shop around next time I come down with something (or maybe NOW given I'm up shit creek and too lazy to care). Any suggestions for a half decent GP on the southside?
  14. I was going to touch on the same thing, though I thought all you're REALLY promoting with resistance training is hypertrophy, and hyperplasia just happens much much slower (since GH is the only thing that will cause it no?) Similarly conventional AAS (more so anabolics) like NPP/DECA, Dianabol, and Trenbolone will only cause a more rapid growth of existing muscle cells, whereas HGH is the only way to cause growth of NEW cells. I use terms like cause very loosely here.
  15. Third time squatting since January (first time was on Sunday lol) and I'm happily back to 120kg 5x5 ATG. Grabbed one of the PTs to just check my form to ensure there's nothing seriously wrong with it (since surprisingly I feel absolutely fine this time round) and the only thing he had to say was that I was a tiny bit forward at the very bottom of the squat, taking weight off my heels as I start to stand again. Unsure what the cause of this will be, but likely either foot positioning or lack of hip flexibility. Either way everything considered, I'm happy with this effort so far haha. Not sure if I'll stick with a 5x5 routine or increase reps (and maybe decrease sets). Drop it back to 100kg and aim for 5 sets of 10 reps?
  16. I suppose ultimately I actually NEED to see a GP so infrequently that I've not actually had a need to find a good one lol...most of my visits are just coz I feel like rat shit with a cold or something and just want a certificate for time off haha
  17. lol nah not you bro
  18. Few things won't go over, but the main bits should.
  19. haha truth
  20. I made it pretty clear the kind of pain I was in, and it's no skin off their back to waste an xray referral. I told them everything (including the part about kissing my sternum) and time and time again I was given the same answer. It's their job to diagnose medical issues appropriately. They failed to do their job in a big way. Shouldn't be up to me to go in there and tell them what's wrong and what I want....they're the ones getting paid to do that....however this is exactly what I do NOW. I'll research the shit out of the problem I'm dealing with, and pretty much go in there and tell them what I believe is wrong. They'll either go with it, or actually pull their f**king finger out and diagnose it properly. So far it hasn't come to the latter, but thankfully I've been right each time.
  21. Easy days flamin mongrel.
  22. My gripes with GPs are from when I crushed my vertebra. Multiple times I went in to the same practice (but different GP each time) complaining of HORRIFIC cramping leaving me in tears, and f**ked sleep as a result. Multiple times I was assured it was soft tissue damage, told to rest up and take it easy, and given a valium prescription. In and out, no xray referrals, nothing. I know it's pretty ignorant of me to paint all GPs the same after this experience, but I'm going to do it coz in a relatively short time (say less than 15 years) I'm almost guaranteed to cop some serious arthritis, and I can only hope it doesn't cripple me. All because I was assured by some lazy pricks I'd just torn a muscle. I'd sue them if I could.
  23. I'm torn here, because I also have no real faith in general practitioners (not because I believe they lack knowledge, but because I believe they don't really give a shit to do their job properly most of the time)....but at the same time, you make the most ignorant statements sometimes.
  24. Yeah it's a shame that feature is gone I was at like 15+ for a while in '11 haha
