  1. Agree and disagree. Losing weight is only difficult mentally, since ultimately all you need to do to lose WEIGHT is be in a deficit - don't actually need to do any exercise. Gaining weight is easy as hell, since all you gotta do is be in caloric surplus. Losing FAT while retaining muscle = both physically and mentally difficult Gaining MUSCLE = physically difficult
  2. f**k moderation - all out or bust! hahaha and herein lies my problem
  3. Fark squatting in the smith machine even when the Olympic bars are being used. I just do goblet squats instead (yeah, can't use the same weight but it still pummels my legs well with a 50gk dumbbell lol)
  4. I mean something you'd really kill yourself to lose lol, but yeah might as well just do it now. Won't lose much in 6 weeks as Ghost said.
  5. Better 6 weeks off NOW than 6 weeks off when you've made serious progress that you're really happy with. You'll have more to lose if you put it off, though the same could be argued that you'll get back into it much faster if you waited. Personally, I'd do it now if it's causing irritation. If it wasn't causing irritation, I'd never* get it removed. *as long as I continued training EDIT: just read the last point again - remove it now.
  6. Savoury is most definitely win!! Unfortunately even though I don't crave sweets, once I eat something sugary it's all downhill from there lol
  7. haha I know exactly who that was. He has the car back (so people can chauffeur him in it lol), but license will remain suspended of course. He was busted on the way back from Sydney after an impulse drive up there for the weekend after a rather serious shitstorm with his housemate(s).....was really late Sunday night (hence it being told as "Monday" as it technically was lol), so at least it wasn't during the day when there's traffic....and yes, I realise you can't excuse it He drives (or drove, lol) a Mitsubishi 380. Never usually drives aggressively, so it was definitely a once off that he unfortunately got caught for LOL
  8. You know first hand just how time consuming and demanding my job is, rofl.
  9. bahaha....I actually don't like Helgas over generic supermarket brands to be honest. In my limited experience, the bread tastes like it's got plenty more sugar in it - sorta backed up by the unusually shiny glaze the crust takes lol. I just get the Woollies/Coles grainy stuff. To give you some credit though, I'll easily destroy half the damn loaf in one evening - toasted, with varying combinations of toppings including, but not limited to: peanut butter, honey, nutella, hummus, cheese, tuna, chicken, bacon+eggs. I'm not as much of a diet Nazi as I come across to be, I just like to try keep things even (like if I plan on binging one evening, I'll restrict myself through the day prior or following to compensate a little bit. Or I go crazy on a Friday night so I can manage 2 large sessions through the next day)
  10. I do as much work in a week as normal people do in a day. lol.
  11. I think the term "loaf" shouldn't be used lol...coz as far as my understanding of the term is concerned, I'd be horrified if you guys ate even HALF a loaf of something in a sitting let alone a full loaf. My digestive system is grinding to a halt just thinking about eating that much bread.
  12. Looks like someone forgot their PCT
  13. HHHNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG
  14. Do you deny it? LOL
  15. sliced potato, sliced pumpkin, red onion, kalamata olives, feta, olive oil, herbs. Can add salami or something if you wish, but for a vego pizza this thing is so satisfying. Yours looks amaze though! Loving capsicum on/in everything I eat lately.
  16. I'm not saying bread will work against you; not at all. Just saying you can eat other things with plenty of carbs that actually give you vitamins and shit too lol. Not saying avoid the carbs (like I usually do ), just suggesting bread isn't the best source.
  17. That's what I've got ya mum for, nigga. I like bread too (well, only really goat bread lol)....but if we want more carbs, there's much more nutritionally useful sources
  18. I honestly don't know how anyone could stick to GOMAD without nearly dying LOL
  19. haha it's all good was just like uhhh....dafuq is this trying to say NO U Don't wanna start another argument lol, but perhaps don't push bread too much even though it works for you there's MUCH better carbs to have in its place. Hell, even regular potato
  20. (don't read this the wrong way FIGJAM) your use of commas makes that sentence nearly unreadable lol...I know what it's saying, but the sentence makes no sense.
  21. Max uses protein powder. I have no idea why you've raised that (entirely valid) point Markos.
  22. oooooooooooo shiiiiiiiiiiiit lol. f**k the attitude of some of those guys pisses me off. They've obviously been buying the dodgy shit for too long and are really quite upset to discover how much they've been ripped off - so much so that they're defending the company in the hopes they can convince everyone reading as well as themselves that the results were bogus. BN4LYF!
  23. I presume your bike is currently your only mode of transport? lol coz f**k riding in this weather if you have the choice
  24. Ah good stuff! Should have her outlifting Birds in no time! LOL
