Like I said, I can't mentally handle looking at myself and seeing a bloated puffy looking body, no matter how "big" I am. Not gonna happen. Yes, I have an emotional/self image problem. No I don't care it's winter.

(in bold) funnily enough this was one of the things I hated about keto - your digestive system goes to shit from lack of fibre and increased fat consumption. I started getting pretty nasty cramps from not having taken a crap for more than 24 hours. That in itself is enough to stop me from doing it again without smashing the insoluble fibre much more haha

For the record Leesh, you don't need to have it right next to your head. There should be a "test" mode on the thing where you can trial different spots on your mattress. Just chuck it into test mode, put it on the other side of your bed from where you have your head, and move around a bit. It should make sounds to indicate it's picking up your movement.

If it's the green/gold/purple pearlescent R33, my understanding is that it's running an LS2 (6.0L V8) and can run 10s....though I swear the few times I've heard it running it definitely wasn't a V8 lol

Oh how I wish I could still agree with this haha...blows that I let a lack of self esteem and confidence get in the way I'll get back to eating much more relaxed after my birthday (15th) since that was just the "short term" end date for fixing my puffy shit, though since I'm so bloody vain the next date I need to sort my shit for will be mid to late September...hence why I'm much more interested in going on a cleaner and slower bulk as soon as I'm happy with not looking like I'm bloated. However that being said, in the last couple of months I've realised that I can temporarily "fix" my appearance to a standard I'm happy with for an occasion in a matter of days (pretty much abstain from carbs, just causing rapid dropping of any water my body is hanging onto). If I'm wanting to look good for just a single day, I really only need to do anything about it in the few days leading up lol. Also helps that the recreational activities I'm enjoying lately require me to fast (or at least avoid solid food) most of the day anyway haha

Hell yes I agree with your first few points!! BC in my experience was the pinnacle of the game. I was lvl48 or so when it came out so never got to raid vanilla, but progression raiding through TK and SSC along with ALL the mindless farming and shit needed along the way was seriously the most fun I've ever had playing any kind of game, and it really pains me knowing it's almost guaranteed nothing will come close to that again from the first time I stepped foot into Karazan, through to the guild's first Illidan kill (pre-nerf), that game brought the most satisfaction of anything I've ever "achieved" in my young adult life LOL Very sad isn't it? Meh, was f**king worth every moment of the 8 hours a day I dumped into that game.

Coz I put 10kg on and f**king hate looking puffy and smooth lol. I REALLY hate it. So I'm cutting back for a few weeks so I stop hating how I look, then I'll get back to bulking, only slower this time round lol.

Repercussions aside, building something without plans or instructions and dieting without counting calories are exactly the same thing, just a different context. I know I can do it without counting - as I've said a few times I've previously dropped 4.5kg in 6 weeks with amazing results. This time I'd like to do it properly, knowing I'm getting the right nutrients in each day, rather than assuming that the food I eat each day will work. Last time I did it by feel I f**king hated it, and I don't have the time or patience to go through trial and error methodology just so I can eat tastier foods while remaining in a calorie deficit. If I didn't want to bother counting calories, I'd go back to the same boring as shit diet that worked for me before - explicitly short cut bacon+egg whites for breakfast, then plain chicken mince (flavoured with herbs and spices) with brown rice and steamed vegetables for lunch/most other meals, and occasionally treating myself to some rump steak with equally boring sides as the chicken shit. Oh, and f**kloads of coffee to stave off hunger.

I enjoy eating too much, so I really have to decide between enjoying food while counting calories to stay under goal amount, or deal with eating bland shit so I know I won't over eat haha

Just because it works for you, does not mean it will work for me. End of discussion, since this has gone from offerings of advice/assistance to a blind rant of "I'm right you're wrong and my methods are final". I'm not saying what you're suggesting wouldn't work. Not suggesting that at all. What I am saying is that measuring something so you KNOW you're getting it right is much better than guesswork. You wouldn't build an extension for your house by eye, would you? Of course not. You'd have the plans ready to go, with all materials and their respective measurements planned out beforehand, so you know that when you put it all together you won't be missing any nails along the way or find that the piece of timber you just cut is 20mm short thanks to judging it by feel. This is exactly what you're disputing and trying to tell us is the wrong way to do it.

lol this!! The irony of what you said Birds, is that not only would you be "wasting time" coming up with a diet plan when you should be spending that time in the gym, but it'd actually be significantly more efficient if I did this on my calorie counter since it will actually be accurate....oh wait, that's exactly what I do and subsequently cop shit from you hahaha

Dear #@Birds Please allow me to provide you another example of why I need to count calories/macros so I know when to stop eating. The below macros are f**ked up, but it's too late to fix that up now LOL. Not eating anything for the rest of the day, save for a WPI shake post workout. The below was consumed prior to 10:30am lol.

I'd also suggest if it floats it might have something to do with the amount and type of fibre you're consuming - ie there's plenty of gas trapped within the pewp from fermenting fibre

haha nah, I'm not boycotting them as such, just refuse to spend that much money on a movie ticket out of principal. Plus I'm generally strapped for time on weekday arvos anyway However I will consider coming regardless, since it will make avoiding eating silly amounts of food much easier being distracted by a movie haha -

Queen sugar free maple syrup. In my relatively limited experience with maple syrup (always went golden syrup instead ), it tastes exactly the same. Doesn't have the usual acesulfame potassium or aspartame for sweeteners, instead using sucralose (yeah yeah, still artificial). Give it a shot imo, it's what I've been using in my oats and on weet bix. Worst case is you don't like it, and you only lost like $3.
