  1. If he doesn't lift, then he's definitely going to be skinny. Why do you deny human nutrition facts so often? lol Not saying it's better, since keto is hard to deal with and f**king sucks for digestion sometimes, but he's more or less correct. Our bodies don't NEED carbs to function, it just makes things a lot easier if we do have them....and there are health benefits to restricting carbs big time like that, though from a weightlifting perspective it makes things VERY difficult I find.

  5. I'll hit the pre-trainer before gym in the morning on a weekend. That's somewhere around 250mg of caffeine, or just over what you'd be getting from 3 shots of espresso. Plus is has other shit in it that can't be good for you LOL Ah, but do you even lift?
  6. Only on weekends for me. I struggle on weekdays thanks to farked sleeping pattern (if you could even call it that, lol). At least on a weekend nothing forces you to get up until your mind is awake enough to care lol.

  8. When you're as out of it as I usually am the time of morning I'll do cardio, it's not that bad but if it were after midday when my mind has finally booted up properly, it ain't happening. Hours of trance podcasts help a lot too!

  13. Shameless bump with some updates. Lift progressions: Bench press - 100kg 4 sets of 5 reps Weighted dips - +50kg 4 sets of 8/7/6/5 reps Incline DB press - 36kg 5 sets of 9/8/7/7/5 reps Incline leg press - 380kg 1 set of 6 reps I've started to get over the seefood bulk diet, there's not enough structure in the macros allowing for a little bit more fat gain than I'd really like...that, and I'm actually starting to bore myself of food hahaha. As a result, I've decided to cut back for a few weeks to regain some definition, then get back onto a MEASURED calorie surplus for a more steady gain for a while. Top pic is obviously one from before, second pic is one from this arvo after my first day of a harsh carb cut (compared to recent intake at least) as a reference for a starting point of this cut period. Top pic makes me look much more muscular and vascular thanks to the ludicrous amounts of carbs I was taking in haha...plus it was taken while getting changed in the gym (after back+bicep session).

  17. The NSW P/L speed restrictions are f**king stupid. They become an obstruction to traffic and in turn could potentially cause accidents by OBEYING THE LAW. If the argument of them being too inexperienced at that stage to adhere to the 100/110kph limit, then logic would suggest they shouldn't be driving at all! Obviously this isn't the case, so why hold them back? f**king clowns lol
