  2. This. Also yeah Jeremy I'd think being in public, you're right that there's very little 'privacy' against photos etc... A myth/rumour I'd like to know the truth behind though, is the one I always hear about it being illegal to record conversations with police officers (sound or video) when you're pulled over for example - even if you advise them you're recording. Anyone know the go with this?

  6. Just looked at my diet layout again - disregard previous post lol. Thought I had WPI in snacks, but I've changed that recently lol
  7. They are a little small, but just going with whatever makes me feel better for sustainability lol. Plenty of room to change shit around the snack serving of WPI is immediately post-workout, while the other 2 scoops are consumed while I drive to work as my breakfast. I have a liquid breakfast as lately I've been getting horrible sleep so I'm sacrificing the time it'd take for a normal breakfast fire another 30 mins sleep heh

  12. Last time I stuck to a diet strictly I was getting less than 100g carbs and making small gains lol, this is enough for me...can't handle any more carbs in my digestive system lol

  15. Trust me, over the last 2 months the only dedication I've had is to eat everything I've missed out on in the past 6 months - and in ludicrous quantities (hence the 6kg weight gain LOL). Last night I had a huge schnitzel with chips and salad. Smashed the whole thing (no, that's no a feat - it's showing I ate potato hahaha) and then proceeded to go home and eat a total of 11 weet bix with ~600ml full cream milk, topped with probably about 60g of prunes, small handful of sultanas, 1 scoop BN vanilla WPI, and some sugar free maple syrup. Oh, and some ANZAC biscuits.
  16. haha I'll change it up a little bit for low carb rest days by swapping out the brown rice for a slice of grainy bread and changing my oats n fruit desert for peanut butter on some low-carb bullshit....but there's never gonna be white bread or anything more than 2-4 slices of grainy bread in my diet sorry Birdman

  20. Looks like it just targets your legs and traps more due to being able to load more weight onto the bar and retain a more upright/vertical spine. You're right, somewhat defeating the purpose....though I'd definitely give it a shot myself right now - surely better than not doing deadlifts at all
