  1. Spot on Tolga, when you relate it to something we're almost ALL guilty of it's a lot easier to make sense of lol. Just comes down to personal preferences.
  2. I'm not so much knowledgable at all with creatine, though given how cheap the shit is I can't see why not grabbing some.
  3. SWIM has access to whatever gear they want (should they ever go down that route; unlikely) through a mate. All legit stuff. Everything done as 'correctly' as you can without getting bloodwork done (so yeah, bit of guessing here and there though things like PCT are treated with a touch of overkill). SWIM offered enough for an 8 week cycle of testosterone propionate @50mg ED, plus on-cycle aromatase inhibitor, plus PCT (clomid and nolvadex) for $800. That's $800 for a mild cycle, for someone who doesn't even come close to competing nor near their natural limits. Cheap, but definitely not worth it considering hahahaha
  4. That's what I've found when I've dicked around with the pause. You habitually allow too many muscles to relax when you pause, as your mind wants to use it as a chance to rest....when in reality you want the exact opposite! Keep those muscles tensioned haha
  5. Testicular atrophy is unavoidable I'd think, given that you're flooding your body with more testosterone than it's ever seen before hence they have no reason to function normally and go into hibernation so to speak.
  6. Spotted a nice looking maroon R33 turning left off the Monaro onto Hindmarsh this morning around 8am
  7. Assuming they're barking and waking you up or something, why aren't you disciplining them? I've never had an issue with my dogs barking after a bit of discipline. Sure they'll bark on the odd occasion, but never really without reason and never more than a couple of barks.
  8. That's bloody awesome Eiji, definitely keen for one
  9. Yeah good stuff mate glad to hear it was one of the more simple things to get it fixed...odd though huh
  10. One (singular) set of squats, inclusive of setting up and unracking weights. Yeah f**k that lol.
  11. ^ Maybe he just had his hard-on drive it
  12. Plenty of good can and likely does come out of them mate
  13. Terry has a habit of that. He likes to throw his wealth of knowledge around at any given chance! haha love the way he shares so much information
  14. FYP = "Fixed Your Post"
  15. Fair enough, was going to suggest simply swapping out the ignitor pack before you worry about coilpacks or spark plugs haha....but you don't have an ignitor
  16. Just a thought - I haven't read anywhere (that I noticed) whether your car is a series 1 or series 2. Which is it?
  17. Personally I f**king hate isolation movements like tricep/bicep, but only really because I save them for the end of my session and by that time I give no farks and want to leave haha
  18. hmm, perhaps she moved to Melbourne lol...just seems a little unlikely there'd be 2 Emma Bortolottos into lifting LOL
  19. Managed 13 bodyweight wide grip pull ups last night, which is 1 short of my PB from AGES ago lol...getting there
  20. Hey Markos, is Emma Bortolotto from Canberra?
  21. I feel sick. f**k man, thanks. lol
  22. Well due to the way the stock setup works, the lowest boost you can possibly achieve will be 5psi (0.35bar or thereabouts). Unfortunately even if lowering the boost right down makes the problem go away, it doesn't actually tell you what the cause was. Rich and retarded is pretty obvious, it will be a SIGNIFICANT loss of power rather than misfiring. I'd say it's most likely to be spark plug or coilpack related, leaning towards coilpacks.
  23. Basketball shorts all the way mang. Best gym wear I've ever worn. Really gotta get myself some more next time I'm in USA lol
