  1. Yeah I got myself some chalk the other day. It's better than I could have ever imagined, even in my wildest dreams lol. It actually made holding on to the bar less effort entirely, even on the FIRST REP. Before there was any moisture at all. Amazing. Never doing deadlifts again without it.
  2. I was the same up until 165kg lol, that was my figurative brick wall. I think my grip failed on 170kg at the same point I couldn't really complete the lift, and have only attempted it once. Good work Birds, keep dat shit up!
  3. I'm not much of a morning person to be honest.
  4. Squats even help keep you regular. Great supplement to fibre in the diet LOL
  5. From Facebook pages...? L2internet my friend. I loved these quote UNTIL I saw them on Facebook, at which point all the little social media faggots cancer ruined them.
  6. hahaha thanks Simon! now that I see another vid though, I can see I might be a bit far forward over the bar...perhaps...
  7. umm, a little bit. It's a different kind of DOMS than just pushing out 5 reps of a "heavy" weight. I think I might swap shit up and just rep things on a lighter than usual weight until absolute failure now (except maybe squats, don't want to die/look like a clown/shit my pants). Oh and regarding my form going to shit towards the end, haha yeah given the purpose of this exercise I don't see how that would have been avoidable was absolutely ensuring to keep core TIGHT! Plus I still wasn't feeling particularly happy in the gut, so I could possibly have gone a bit further on a good day. Will update my build thread with future results of repping til failure.
  8. Dirt bike that's road legal (and practical for use as a commuter). I'm thinking a DRZ-400E as recommended by my uncle and a few others. As much as I love getting something serious when I buy shit like this (I was looking at a KTM-300EXC LOL) I know now that I need to realise that I'm not getting RIGHT into these things. I have other commitments that take priority lol, which is why I wanted to piss the R33 off....just can't commit to what it wanted of me any more.
  9. lol no more skylines? Hell. f**king. No. lololol. Lesson learnt. I'd only consider a GT-R now - series 2/3 R33 or a 34. And only an immaculate one, low KM, minor mods. But even then, nah I think for now I'm done with modified performance cars, it's just too much money for not enough enjoyment return.. Time to get a motorbike I think. Go down a different path (literally, gonna get a dirt bike so I'll go down whatever path I want hahaha)
  10. As per title, I have for sale a set of brand new unused Whiteline adjustable swaybars and upgraded heavy duty ball links to suit all rear-wheel drive models R33 and R34. These were over $700 retail. $600 firm. Happy to post at buyer's expense. PM or SMS 0431391359
  11. bahahaha so even though I'm a shitty weak noob by most standards, I'm at least making it hard for you f**kers
  12. I'd like to say I got $20k for it haha but nah, got what it's worth.
  13. thanks guys and girls Nah was definitely just a cramp, and wasn't anything I'd consider to be my "back". it went away quick enough... and I'd be too busy stretching, rolling, icing, and hitting the voltaren to bother posting this video if I thought it was anything to do with mid-lower back. Been there, was not pleasant
  14. BRAND NEW UNUSED FRONT AND REAR Whiteline 24mm adjustable swaybars, and upgraded heavy-duty ball links to suit. Paid $735, make me an offer. THESE WILL FIT ALL R33 AND R34 2WD MODELS!!!
  15. Well, yeah I guess. Still have the swaybars to sell now lol
  16. I got THE WORST cramp in my upper glute/hip region somewhere though, holy shit. Was unbearable. EDIT: video at 90% upload as of 10:30. Almost done... EDIT 2: and it's done.
  17. do u hav big bisep and big touareg (red)?
  18. Fark! OK, I did 110kg just earlier. Managed 14 reps (followed by 2 further sets at 7 reps). 73kg bodyweight. Uploading video now, but it'll be on its f**king side coz even though my phone realises it's still upright, it records videos as if it were being held 90 deg to the side. f**king stupid.
  19. Sold. Sorry to anyone who LEGITIMATELY wanted parts from this car
  20. 95kg. I've never actually tried more than that. This was at 73kg bodyweight, so not too horrible.
  21. I've tried my 1RM "properly"...I still managed it, but my god did I nearly do an asplode.
  22. For just about everyone who'll partake in this from here, the "rule" of "more muscle = stronger" will fairly well apply. Of course I realise this isn't how it works! I'm just saying that for this application, it will make things a little more fair.
