  1. Samsung is BX2450. No idea on the Dell sorry.
  2. Got some EOIs to put up, figure might as well use this thread: Samsung 24" FULL HD (1920x1080 resolution) LED PC monitor. As new condition, only about a year old anyway. Absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever. Very impressive monitor for something 'ordinary'. Has HDMI input. $125 or best offer, will come with whatever cables you require with it (power, VGA/DVI, HDMI). Dell 22" FULL HD (1920x1080 resolution) LCD PC monitor. Also as new condition, however it's a bit older than the Samsung. Absolutely nothing wrong with this monitor either, and picture quality/response etc is very good also. $75 or best offer, will also come with whatever cables you require. Doesn't come with HDMI input though. Both of these monitors are currently set up in my room and can be viewed in person should you desire. Reason for EOI sale is I'm looking at spending a ludicrous amount of money on a 46" LED TV to replace them with hahahaha I'm also happy to set the monitors up for you should you require the assistance.
  3. exactly what I was thinking LOL
  4. For those that have asked about Albuterex previously: http://www.tga.gov.au/safety/alerts-medicine-albuterex-xtreme-121221.htm Looks like it might have been a lot more effectively than previously speculated LOL
  5. mmm....Crust satay chicken pizza....so good. 6 slices will fit fine with today's food intake, thanks to having not eaten anything until now lol. f**king busy day. Oh well, IF is a thing anyway.
  6. My understanding for ACT rules regarding FMIC: If your vehicle was fitting with an intercooler mounted anywhere on the front of the car (side-mount counts) then you're perfectly within the rules to change to a proper front-mount intercooler provided that you didn't need to modify the chassis (cutting hole for return pipe) or reo bar in any way. Obviously it has to be mounted properly. Dickson had no problems with my front mount, and I don't believe it was noted on the engineer's report (well, at least not in the same way my turbo/suspension etc were).
  7. FWIW my experience: defect for no front number plate ended up costing me $2700 and about 4 months to clear.
  8. Oil? Water? Boost? lol I'll find out eventually.
  9. Stupid khunt. Never seen that car around so you're likely right it isn't a local....however if I do happen to see him around I'll be sure to flip him off good and proper.
  10. Oh no, what's up with Sinista?
  11. Sure, why not lol
  12. Super-yummy lunch #2
  13. In his words: "I dont gain weight from food pretty sure it was the almost 30 days straight of a bottle or a case a day drinking" LOOOOOOOOOOOOL
  14. I have a mate on facebook trying to convince me he managed to gain ~20kg in 4 weeks, which remained and therefore was not simply water retention but "permanent" fat/muscle gain. For the record, he did not lift.
  15. You've also got a much faster metabolism than I do haha. PM me your rough diet and I promise you for the first 2 weeks out of my 'summer' diet I'll follow it absolutely and share results lol.
  16. Yes and no. As much as people like to hate on it, ketogenic diets work wonders for many aspects of your physical health including energy levels - though like I said, not in the long run. From what I understand it isn't great for your brain health or some shit. So why do we NEED carbs? Actually, scrap this topic. I don't want to start a shitstorm. I'd get fat as f**k lol
  17. Cheers How're you coming along after Christmas? Fark I ate soooooo much sugary shit, swear I nearly exploded a couple of times.....thankfully I let my food settle, and then went back for more
  18. Since I don't actually know, I can't really answer that question....and in all honesty, nobody here should actually answer that question since it will be speculation. I was told by members here how wrong my diet was, which makes no sense given how well it worked for me. You don't need carbohydrates at all to function efficiently, it's just abstaining entirely from them isn't advisable for long periods of time. I feel that I get adequate nutrition from my diet to align with my current goals, which is what matters. Sure I could do with some more simple carbs before and after my workouts (emphasis on after), though I don't feel it necessary. I manage to get through my workouts without it being a huge struggle, and my recovery seems to be fine. If anything, maybe some grape juice after workout would be good but like I said - I don't feel I need it What works for me won't necessarily work for others. Everyone is different, just gotta try different things and see what works best and is manageable For the record I won't be keeping this up for *too* long, just long enough to get back to looking the way I did in the photo you've seen of me. Should only been a couple of weeks. After that, I'll strategically increase calories with more healthy shit so I can begin to gain muscle slowly once more....until the weather turns to shit and it starts getting cold, at which point it's all on (within reason) and I'll really start getting into it lol
  19. Oh sweet, cheers I've got a large orbital polisher stashed away at my parent's place if that helps, lol
  20. hahaha yeah, I'm thinking I'll definitely go buy whatever's needed and give it a shot, at least until I go the route of matte purple vinyl wrap
  21. Breakfast: 100g short cut bacon, 1 cup egg whites, 1tbs extra virgin olive oil Lunch #1: 1.5 cup diced chicken breast, 150g steamed carrot/broccoli/cauliflower. Lunch #2: 1.5 cup diced chicken breast, 150g steamed carrot/broccoli/beans. Dinner: Likely steak with a side of more veggies or salad. Snacks: skim flat white coffee(s), WPI shake w/ water, plenty of green tea. Depending on my fat intake through the day, I may supplement with more olive oil or peanut butter to bring it up to 60-70g
  22. Wheat flour eh? I wonder how long it will take me to go batshit now that I'm back on my diet lol
  23. Eating less carbohydrates will have the same effect
  24. Surely not enough to make a measurable difference though, right? Similar to the claim that celery takes more energy to digest than it provides - which even if true, would be such a negligible amount it would make the claim moot.
