Good to hear, I did alot of reading and was still undecided on the 8cm or 10cm so i took a punt. Are you mounting your gate to the rear housing?

Just bought a td06 20g 10cm ext. gate for my RB , what are peoples experience with using this on the standard manifold? Is it just a matter of putting in a 12 mm flanger spacer?

Hi, Im just wondering if anyone has had any experience with having their hks 2530 rebuilt? Mine is the Rb20/25 bolt on but I'd assume its very similar to the twins off a rb26 set-up. My compressor wheel is ceased and making contact with the housing and im just trying to see if its worth getting it rebuilt or to move onto bigger and better things. Any input would be appreciated!

G'day I've had two seperate hoses split on my rb20 since owning it( both in awkwards spot ) and now that I've got the whole running gear out I want to replace all the water lines/hoses. Does anyone know if im able to buy a complete water line kit to suit from anywhere or am I going to have to get them all made up from Pirtek ect. Cheers

Since doing a rb20 conversion in my hilux I've had to replace 2 seperate waterlines on the back of the motor(prick), I've currently got the motor out of the car and figured I should replace every water line/hose as there are alot of them and they all have aged and feel brittle ect. Does anyone know where to get a complete waterline kit? Any help would be much appreciated! Cheers

Hey all have a basic rb20 set up with 25 turbo,fmic,full 3inch exhaust. Im looking for a good tuner north of the river that knows there way around rb's to fit an aftermarket computer (or what ever my other options are) and tune it but i dont really know what works best. If it makes any difference to which ecu to select I can see myself installing bigger hp injectors,turbo and afm in the near future. Im pretty much wanting to find out the following - A proven tuner NOR. What ecu setup to run How much am I looking at for ecu + tune. Cheers guys

Was informed im missing the injector ballast off the harness , didnt even realise so hopefully should bang up this week some time when i get hold of one!

Haha yeah im pretty keen to get it up and running, the Running gear came from a bloke on these forums from a running car. Its been sitting for a good 18 months so im hopping injectors are just gummed up like you said. Il give all of the above a shot first thing in the morning. Much apprectiated guys!

Its in a hilux, im not sure if there working for sure i cant hear or feel them clicking when cranking The fuel rail is after market, not sure on injectors ( not to familiar with rb's yet ) but there red if that helps. Running standard ecu . Thanks.

Hi was wondering if anyone could help with this issue, I've just done a rb20det conversion wired it up and its not starting, I've read quite a few threads with people having the same problem but nothing I've learnt from there has got mine going. It's getting spark , the two green relays by the ecu are clicking, the fuel pump is working on que with fuel going through the system and returning back to tank, check the plugs and there dry as anything , The fuel lines are the correct way around, i can put fuel down the intake and it runs for a little, So im left scratching my head the only thing I can put it down to is the injectors not pulsing and i dont really know were to go from here. Any help would be appreciated CHEERS.
