    i didnt reallise hicas was hooked up to the steering wheel mine went on no problem i got a boss for air bag but modded for my 94 s1 plus i got a hicas lock bar so it mite be diffrent

    i know this post is old but i had the same trouble and now its fixed new spark plugs and silicon on the coils its like a new car i can run 13 psi easy wohoo thanks guys
