yes u shud ov had number one at tdc as know the cam time will not b aligned wiv crank thats y it wont turn over as valves will b touchin pistons.best beat would b to remove cam and set crank to mark there a dot on crank gear an a grove on block on right side when looking a engine frm frnt an that is no one on tdc than set cam marks up an shud b rocking on 6 and firing on 1 ..hope that helps

i hav a 96 r33 gts25t it has exhaust pod front mount an 10psi .was running mint than all ov a sudden after hard night ov thrashin has al the noise but no go ..oh an it a sad auto .ive checkd boost thats fine replaced blocked fuel filter an clean air flow meter ..but still real slugish .any ideas would help cheers
