  1. I'm trying I'm trying!!!
  2. Yeah I know what you mean. I've had mine for about 7 months now and it has been a fantastic car, but it's an auto!!! Yeah I think the truck must have taken that tight corner there a bit too quick, it is one of those trucks that have the extra trainer on it, double semi's so it's a big vehicle. The trailer flipped over but the truck did not, luckily. I've done well then to spot one down here because it is a nice example of a V35, like mine with the Inifiti grille badge
  3. Are they really?? S3, they look very nice man. I'm from Melbourne, just here in Sydney for work for a few days. I was in a taxi heading to Cronulla, next to you stuck in traffic because of the overturned truck that spilled sand all over d road, did u see it??
  4. Spotted a nice red Coupe on Rocky Point Road (Sandringham???) in Sydney. Infinity badged with US G35 tail lights and stock wheels. Very, very dark windows. Anyone here?
  5. Hey guys, thank you for that, nothing to worry about then. I'm currently in Sydney and not driving the car anyway so I might just let it go away on its own. An ECU reset might be a good idea after the mods anyway like Sam said. Thanks again.
  6. Yes I did start it without reconnecting the AFM at one stage. I will wait a while then, or might even reset the ECU. Thanks Nelson.
  7. Yes I did start it without reconnecting the
  8. Hey guys, I installed the CF Z-Tube and JWT Pop Charger on Friday night but have a small issue. After the install I noticed that the engine light on the dashboard now stays on permanently, does anyone know why? I had a look at the engine bay again and all seems to be in order so I'm not sure why. By the way, it is very true about the noise of the engine at 4,000+ revs, it is amazing!!! (Still with the stock exhaust)
  9. Hey guys, reviving a thread from a few months ago. I will be in Sydney for work for the next three days, Monday to Wednesday. I will be in the C.B.D on Monday during the day, early afternoon, but then I'll be based in Cronulla for the next two nights. So, any recommended restaurants in Cronulla for a bite? No seafood please, hahahaha. Anything else I'm alright with, steaks, asian, mexican, middle eastern, etc, etc. I'll be dining on my own too
  10. Spotted a clean, stock, white sedan outside my office this afternoon, Burwood Road Hawthorn at around 1:20pm.
  11. Not a problem.
  12. Hey Keelan, I think you posted this thread in the wrong section man. This is the V skyline series section so you might not be able to find the answer you are looking for here, sorry!
  13. So guys, less than two weeks to go now. The list is as follows: 1. MILLOS; Pablo 2. RS73, Rianto 3. siu_loong_bao, Nelson (I may skip the long cruise to Mordialloc) 4. scorp; Sam 5. missV35; Fiona 6. xscape237; Brad 7. pw350GT; Yun 8. japav;......? 9. 10. Add your name if you have not already, or delete it if you cannot make it.
  14. Only problem is that if someone is doing a cut and polish on the day, we will be waiting a long time!!!
  15. Hey Rianto, Still hapenning, as per the original post the deluxe car wash will be 50% off on the day. Deluxe = interior, exterior, windows, tyre, dry including door seals, etc, the works pretty much. As per cut & polish, details, etc. I will be providing everyone attending a VIP card for V35's with a special discount on all services offered. But definitely looking forward to the meet, hopefully it won't rain, hahahaha.
  16. I can't, I have a Thai other half!!!
  17. Mmm I'll think about it when I get to KL, see if I'm willing to trade my soul for the GTR
  18. Nice, I'll be in Malaysia May next year, can you organise a test drive of the R35 for me please?
  19. Where are you Rianto?
  20. Cool, I have not installed mine yet, but I'm sure 5hp would probably not be noticeable but as long as it is a lot better to drive, then I think you've done well.
  21. Yeah that'll be right then. We used to have the 10% tolerance here in VIC too and it was great, but now it's only 3kms over tolerance. A friend got fined for doing 83km/h on an 80km/h zone. The width of the needle is practically worth 3km/h.
  22. Thanks Kamil.....as I mentioned to you on Wednesday night you (and the rest of the guys) are welcome to attend our V35 meet on the 5th of December. There is a thread about it here in the forum!!!
  23. But have you got cruise control? It really makes a difference. Especially if you cruise on just 100k/h. If you cruise on 110k/h the economy is not as great. But if you don't have or don't use cruise control, then you probably won't get those numbers.
  24. But a grounding kit does not improve performance, does it? It just makes your shifting a lot more responsive, especially for automatics. No lag in the shift!
