Black 34 near pt road or glenosmond? If so that was me. Iv taken that badge off then on and off and on and haven't decided what to do with it- the whole front is genuine gtr front and it doesn't quiet look right without the badge so I put it back on. It's running gtr rims, mfd, steering wheel and they all have the factory gtr logo also...What do others reckon about the badge-keep or remove?

Spotted a white r34 4door with bronze rims and blonde female driver greenhill rd near kfc Sunday arvo and also again-asuming it was the same one- sherrifs rd lonsdale thismorning! also another grey 4 door 34 p plates and gtr rims at corner of sherrifs rd near kfc 3.30

final verdict for anyone interested is that the courts cant override penalization,,eg let you keep your full licence, but with an appeal thay can allow you o keep your ps and override the curfews. a couple grand of lawyer fees and a hearing and thats the best he got! 3 years on p1 for not displaying a p plate 2 and a half years ago. rough but gotta suck it up!

Followed a silver v36 skyline from tollgate to mount barker sporting a skylines Australia sticker, plates "sii 350" very nice !!

Spotted a nice maroon 32 gtst with gold rims----pt Augusta! It was nice to see an import amongst all the commodores and domestic cars for once--but how hasn't this been stolen and torched already??!one of the highest car theft rates in sa there!

When I had the turbo etc installed and tuned-the hosing to pod all had to be customized-the factory pipes were sucked flat with the force- has yours been tuned to avoid this?i found this was an issue shortly after 240-250rwk, just a thought-another mate had much the same issue doing similar, is your cat converter too restrictive?Or as matty suggested your intercooler may not be sufficient. You can get both tested..

Here's a comparison to what I'm running very similar Gt 3076 .82 internal Nismo 420cc Injectors Spitfire coilpacks Pod filter induction Blitz return flow fmic Waulbro 500hp fuel pump 3" turbo back exhaust with 100cell high flow cat Z32 afm Nistune ecu Nistune boost setup running high at 18pound making 304rwk mainline dyno making 248rwk runnig low boost on 14pound from memory Rb25neo manual r34.--otherwise mostly standard under the engine bay. Tuned using bp98 tuned by Ashley from Adelaide classic performance-hackman. Hope that helps a bit-others will have a lot more knowledge in this area.

I doubt ud have huge insurance costs for an unmodified na skyline if your history isn't too bad-- I pay less than 1500$ with just car a year full comp and under 25 bracket... And that's obv gtt and with a mod list under agreed value a lot higher than 10g. Just cars would be your best bet-even shannons won't prob want to know you. If u buy a 34 gt for 10g now and sell it on in 4/5 years and only get 5g for it then uv got a car that prob doesn't depreciate near as bad as a domestic car, and you get to drive the car of ur desired looks--ur not a tool for driving an na-only when u drive it like its a slider on the road! Rego would be on par with a commodore.

My opinion is that a skyline isn't as enjoyable without a turbo-but that said u own one because of the looks that go with the power- r34s look sweet in my opinion and if I had my ps for 4/5years I'd prob find a cheap clean and non-defectable one and settle with that---hey beats driving a ford or commie ... Have you considered a track car?this way you can have the enjoyment of performance and also keep it for the track-no compliance and you can hire tailem bend/mallala if you have the $$?u can get some quite cheap "done up" imports from japan for 10g and less.. Kristian would be able to help you out..

Theirs was parked a couple 100 meters up the road next to the playground- it was chaos-I only passed through and didn't bother stopping. Is that your elgrand iv seen kicking around kangarilla area over the last couple months with nsw plates or another one? Nice day for a drive through the hills except for the masses of cars out doing ridiculously slow speeds...

Spotted "the olds" marks black stagea in meadows this avo and also big fella's blue stagea parked in meadows next to the servo...both looked really good..

Vance-is that your gtr down south?I passed one parked on the roadside near shiedow park in a housing development Thursday.Pretty sure it was those plates or very similar--hope the scum get what they deserve.

I coulnt agree more so withthe above! ive seen from allte thefts on here and wouldnt consider driving around without imob/alarm/comp insurance/and various other security methods. Pic of 32.

Way too many--sooner or later engine numbers or parts will have to start showing up you'd imagine. Not sure-I know it had only been owned for a bit over a fortnight and insurance hadn't yet been taken out.. I used to kick around for years with no insurance on my imports-nowadays I won't even park it out of my sight in the city unless I have to.

If u use the 3m product charles89 has a thread on it-I've done several 34s myself and it's easy and quick to do costing around 70$ ----if u decide to go with this instead of painting.
