  1. My local place fkd me last time I went in there... I asked how much it would cost for them to flip my two rear tyre on the rim... Since they had some camber wear and I wanted to use the remaining outer tread for deca... I was told we can do that for $22... I asked "For both the rear tyres?" "Yep we'll do them both". so I was thinking "Finally a place that isn't going to rip me off". I go down the street, have some lunch, come back and suddenly it's $44... $22 each... fuuuuuu, classic bait and switch. Said that was bullshit, and he dropped it to "$40, is the lowest we can do" *rage*
  2. Hmmmm, what are AD08's worth in 265/35/18? Any good place to get them from, fitted, in South East or Bayside or even Dandenongish area?
  3. Are they using them for Drift or Grip though? I know its WTAC, but the VK is hardly set up for grip?
  4. What size are the RS3's toby? PM me a price? Y U no use them and how are they on the street / track?
  5. Na I haven't had a chance yet, probably won't have time to this weekend either
  6. Apparently the 285 18 Achilles 123s are better bang for buck and cheaper than 265/35/18 Federal RSR.... AND they're about the same width because RSR's are wider than 265's should be so will fit under by rear end without needing to roll any guards? Thoughts? Comments? Which tyre should I go for now that I've decided to do Winton on the Friday before DECA in Nov? Edit: Just need the 2 rears, 18x9.5 (can't remember the offset...) since I've still got enough RS-R on the front to last a few days.
  7. Whoa, a Skyline entering SAU VIC DECA... Nice
  8. Stock Injectors and AFM run out of safety margin / resolution at what.... like 210-220rwkw? I wanna see this graph
  9. AASA licences applied for on the day are a Full Year Licence... They will be submitted by Bec to AASA within a few days of DECA and then AASA will send you out your card in the mail which you can use for other events in the following 12 months.
  10. Does anyone know if the garden department at Bunnings sell shrubs big enough to cover a 5 letter slimline number plate? What is the recommended method for attaching said shrubbery to my car?
  11. I'd love to see some statistics on how many speed camera operators were injured, and if any, how they were injured. If they were injured because of angry motorists pulling them out of their cars, how is parking the car behind a bush or sign going to stop that? I don't know about you guys, but I'm more than capable of walking around a sign when required. 100% Pure Revenue raising...
  12. flak -> 8-track... or formed wax recordings would be the ultimate hipsterism though
  13. Hi Andrew, Cams L2S is fine, you'll also need to show your current Affiliated Car Club membership card (like SAU VIC for example), AASA is the other option... It's skid pan with some Timed Back Track work, it's definately not a track day. Youtube for DECA Long Wang for examples of the Back Tracks... Yes, Yes Yes... Do not have to have a cage to race, do not have to have a cage for passengers, it is not a high speed event... chances are the fastest you'll go on the day is about 130kmh on one part of the Long Wang... No tyre fitting facilities, the skid pan generally does not chew through tyres too much, unless you're deliberately trying to destroy tyres, you won't need fitting facilities... I'd recommend bringing a spare pair of wheels for the rears if you're planning on driving back to Melbourne and think you'll be finishing a set off.
  14. He'd be after mp3 to vinyl, keepin it real...
  15. BAWSAQ is linked to the global usage of items in the gta universe, people (players of the game) buy a lot from Ammunation, stock goes up. People blow up a lot of FlyUS planes, stock goes down. I've been doing stunt jumps and stuff... but something went wrong and now its bugged a bit... Says "undefined" instead of the completion count... so I'm missing 1 of the 50, but don't know which :'(
  16. Well you can buy a whole lot of properties with the money that you get from The Big Score near the end, the final heist... and you only need to buy 5 properties for a 100% hurdle... Honestly you're never going to get a lot of income from properties compared to income from heists... But I recommend getting the property with the wooden staircase down to jetty near the top left of the map, this lets you go track down nuclear waste in the ocean at $23,000 / barrel... But as I said, you don't need money in the end...
  17. Define Clocked? I finished story mode tonight, and sitting on 86% completion... will work my way towards 100% slowly
  18. I must be the only person who's not has that many fuel issues... Filled up the day after the fuel panic bs began, and twice since then... 2 servo's have been temporarily out of 98, but the next one down the road have been fine...
  19. What's the condition of the other struts? If you fix one, and the other 3 are a few thousand k's away from breaking down, then its not worth it...
  20. I went out for breakfast in the morning with friends, then went with a lady friend to St Kilda and spent the entire day hanging out on the Grass and popping between various bars in the sunshine when we got thirsty. Just watched Jackass 3, dem retards cray cray...
  21. We've got a few staff changes, comings and goings... so just had finger food lunch in the sunshine with a few bottles of champagne... Think I'll avoid doing any work on Production Servers for the rest of the afternoon, just in case.
  22. Lieeeesssss, there were a few of us there... But yes, definite BR86 invasion at the last couple!
  23. I got one while on Schoolies in the Gold Coast... was 2 days into a week long holiday in QLD... then afterwards the guy says don't let it get exposed to any sunlight / uv rays or chlorine for the rest of the week or it'll fade and go patchy.
  24. Huy, what did you do before the office job? Also, what office job?
