I saw an awesome one which had a full cockpit setup, and it was wife/gf friendly because the whole thing was inside a big MDF box which just needed the seat folded down, and it turned into a big padded topped box... forget what they're called... Ottoman or something? Looked classy and really suited the modern looking room, but then when the wife's away the boys will play and it unfolds to epic cockpit with race seat.

Yeah I bought the G27 for like $450 or something before GT5 was released.... I've used it a few times, GT5 is more fun with the wheel, but definitely harder. Drift with it is awesome though I'd sell my G27 in perfect condition for $250, it's been used about half a dozen times... just a little dusty from sitting in the cupboard for ages.

Yesterday the skyline got bretho'd 3 times... In Bendigo, they were doing everyone going into town in the morning... 10am In Echuca, they were doing everyone going out of town just after lunch... 12pm In Heathcote, they were pulling cars into a 4 car lineup in a service lane... Pulled in 4 cars, waved others through, pulled me in even though the lane was full so we had to wait... Once the other 4 cars moved on, I moved up to #1 and they pulled 3 more in behind me. I've got zero problems with this... in Heathcote they had a HWP guy standing there typing rego's into a laptop (presumably checking for unrego, unlicenced or persons of interest linked to the car) Good on them for checking for drink drivers so strongly on long weekend... On the other end of the stick, the gf overtook a truck at 149km/h (max on the PFC) because she wasn't used to acceleration... I lold.
