  4. Am I gonna need a different tow hook setup for my 33 for Sandown? If I do need a tow, my front bar is gonna get destroyed right? I'm assuming its one of the Support Navara things with a towbar strap and a carbina on it?
  5. Had a great time as always, I love warm DECA's... Sure its annoying during the actual event, but the pool and cold beers definitely make up for it Somehow I didn't have any problems during the main event, but then lost a few exhaust bolts on the way home. Sorry for everyone driving anywhere near me between Shep and Nagambie, Front Pipe -> Atmo tends to make a bit of noise, haha. Thanks again to all the organisers, officials, volunteers and wayne for wrangling them and Import Monster. And to Bec and Ryan for all the work behind the scenes that we never see. Bring on Feb(??) 2013

  8. People generally head up separately on Friday / Friday Night then we meet at the Motel You might find some people at Wallan BP if you're leaving Melbourne at about 6pm or so... Maybe ask in the Facebook event if anyone is leaving at about the same time as you.
  9. Yeah I'd imagine that DECA's yearly insurance is probably lower than a dedicated skids place, because it is primarily a driver training (trucks etc) facility. and doesn't AASA cover the club itself for insurance?
  10. The Conservatory at Crown is an amazing buffet, bit $$$ though.

  21. That awesome feeling when a parcel gets delivered to your desk on a monday morning. I'm forever forgetting that I've bought stuff on ebay, then it arrives out of the blue and I have to tear it open to find out what it is. Yay Nismo Clear Side Indicators! Big orange splotches on the side of a white 33 just doesn't look right.

  25. Hi guys, For sale is my ECUTalk V2 LCD Display, will work on any vehicle with a Nissan Consult Port. http://www.ecutalk.com/consultlcd.aspx Price is $160 + ship. Located in S.E Suburbs of Melbourne. If you were to buy new, you'd be paying $240 + ship, and as it is out of stock you'll be waiting well into 2013 before it would be able to be delivered. It was in my car for about 6 months before I got an aftermarket ECU, so it is no longer needed. The ECUTalk V2 LCD Display can display all sorts of information about what your car is doing, making it invaluable for diagnosing any issues. Another cool function is the ability to do time trials, automated 0-100km/h, and quarter mile times. A must for anyone with a standard ECU or a Nistune board. It can be connected to a laptop using a USB cable and display / log the information on the go. Features Note: Features are dependant on the specific car the display is hooked up to. Diesel cars DO NOT have fuel monitoring or adjustment capabilities as fuelling information and adjustment capabilities are not available from the ECU. Sensor display, showing speed, rpm, battery voltage, fuel economy (on petrol vehicles only), injector duty cycle (both banks if available), ignition timing, AAC, O2 voltage (both banks if available), water temp, AFM voltage (both banks if available), TPS voltage/%. Note: Diesel vehicles may have alternative diesel specific sensors displayed in place of the petrol specific sensors: injector duty cycle, ignition timing, and AAC. Trip meter display, showing current speed, fuel economy, and trip average speed, average fuel economy, fuel used, fuel usage rate, distance travelled, and time elapsed, for both the current trip, and all trips since last cleared. Note: Fuel readings are only supported on petrol vehicles. Fault code reading and clearing Integrated USB consult interface passthru (the same as using a normal USB consult interface) Maximum/peak sensor values recorded for the current trip Time trials (0-60, 0-100, 0-160, 400m) User-Definable Alerts, for Temperature, Injectors, Speed, Air Flow, RPM and Voltage - buzzes/flashes when alert triggered Adjustments Ability to adjust fuel/ignition timing across the board on petrol vehicles only. Options (KPH/MPH, C/F, and TPS V/% settings, injector/cylinder setup for economy readings for petrol vehicles) Cheers, Simon
