  1. What was the goal of quiz that I just did and what was it meant to prove? I mean seriously... What should you do in the event of an accident with a bike rider. 1. Get outta there. 2. Get Details. 3. Get Aggro. Is part of my rego fee going towards paying for the creation of this quiz? *sigh*
  2. Have I missed the maps somewhere? What time are you guys heading up to Shep on Friday?

    Gor Wrap Up

Great cruise guys, amazing weather and everything ran smoothly with no "incidents"... Even though my car couldn't make it, I'm glad I came along! Cheers for the lifts Alvin/Jonoe, Laith and Richo
  4. I'm booked in for a full tune a mere 8 hours before I'll be in Shepparton... Should be fun re-learning how to drive again... Here's hoping they get it right the first time!
  5. Woot.
  6. +1 to painful arms when they're under petrol for a while... Mine were burning like crazy! That said I had started a bunch of engine mods and forgot that I shouldn't have had a full tank of fuel. Mine was literally about 80% full.... Mistake! I was putting in a Bosch 040 into my R33 and the screw clamp I put around it was bulging out a bit in the wrong direction... Took me ages of arm immersion time to figure it out... Ouchies!

  8. From this news report about "Operation Killerwatt" they specifically say at 2m 40s "Failure to comply, and follow us back to the station, is committing an offence." They don't mention what the Offence in is though.
  9. I'll be there Changing my Treasurer vote to Tony.... I'll get it out of the way with a quick "Azn R Gud @ Math!?!"
  10. Fk Fk Fk Fkkkkkk.... I need a tune badly because of my new wastegate but Trent / Status / Chequered are moving locations at the moment and won't be up and dyno'ing again until the 20th Think I might miss GOR (how hard is it normally run? I'm happilly drivable but don't want to push hard), but should be right for a thrashing for DECA
  11. Wowwwww... you wrote "I kept driving it" way too many times for my liking... I was wincing after I read the second one, but you kept driving it! amiriteoramirite?
  12. "Group Sex" number plate? Can't wait guys, bring on the 25th!!!
  13. President John Richardson Vice President Martin Sullivan Secretary Dan Hall Treasurer Ross Brown BOOM!
  14. They should keep this free, $3.70 is a joke... absorb it into the crazy taxes and fee's we pay to transfer a car into our name... It costs VicRoads a hell of a lot more than $3.70 to recieve a phone call from someone complaining that they have bought a stolen / written off / etc car. Surely it would be in their best interests to keep it free and encourage people to use the service?
  15. DON'T YOU PEOPLE UNDERSTAND THAT ITS FREEEEEEE?!?!?! Get on it, son!
  16. Just a quick question, after you installed the FMIC and the Exhaust, has the ECU been reset? The stock ECU's can "learn" the way your engine runs and adjusts maps to suit. Disconnect your negitive battery terminal, put your foot on the brake pedal to clear any residual electricity from the system... (maybe wait 30 minutes as well?...) Then reconnect it, let us know how it idles directly after the first startup... and then drive it to work the next day and it'll keep getting better and better until it thinks its running well. This has helped me a few times when I did minor mods to skylines and the "tune" wasn't 100%.
  17. Scored very well at the last DECA, and it wasn't even your car!
  18. The Bosch 040 fits into a R33 GTST S2 with minor mofications to the bracket (basically its a little longer than the original pump, so you just need to hacksaw the bottom "hook" off the bracket. Then cable tie or strap the pump to the bracket. Would take about an hour to do for me now, because i've done it before. First time was a few weeks ago, and it took about 3 because I was missing parts I needed. There's a full tutorial in the DIY area
  19. *shakes head slowly* You... shut... your... mouth! Last DECA was wet and miserable, there was no fun to be had Sliding on the skidpan isn't even fun because it's TOO slippery, the only way to be competitive it to baby it with no wheel spin or you're instantly backwards. I'd rather a dry cool sunny day for sure, means people can actually put their foot down and make some noise!
  20. Fax the entry form off now, and put "TBA" in the AASA number field, and fill out the details on the day, just make SURE you have the information before DECA or you'll have to "sign up" on the day (including repayment) to compete. I THINK is the way it works...
  21. New toys installed and tuned on Saturday to 258.7rwkw Bring it on
  22. Printing and Emailing forms tonight... Any idea on the backtrack setup? Please please please please say Mega Mini Wang...
  23. lol @ checking for wear and shaft play after less than 24 hours of it being installed...
