Last time I got a stuck valve replaced on the skyline it was free... They came out with their valve replacement tool, took off the valve cap, unscrewed the valve, screwed a new one in... Took 5 seconds, didn't even jack the car up or anything. Just replaced the 10psi of air that it dropped during the changeover. If its the valve stem not sealing though, then thats a tyre-off job. Also, if its the valve, then you shouldn't be losing air if you've got decent valve caps on.

Is the overflow bottle actually overflowing? or is high g-force cornering sending it out the top of the overflow? Your exhaust will create steam during warmup, condensation in the exhaust etc.... Does the exhaust steam smell like coolant?

Add the fact that the RHD Mustang has 6kw less in the top end than the LDH Mustang because they had to re-design the exhaust headers to clear the steering rack on the "wrong side" of the engine... I can see this being a hurdle to overcome if they're introducing a restriction in stock form, it's definately going to have to be the first thing to be replaced if you're aiming for more power. But, if the OEM couldn't do it without a power drop because there was no space in the bay, it'll be interesting to see what aftermarket parts come out to solve the issue.

Still not a v8 though... wonder what's going to happen if you up the boost by a few psi though. Probably match the power and torque of the v8 for $500 worth of boost controller and a flash tune.

The goal for the today was to install the new Pioneer AVH-X5750BT head unit.... it's still sitting next to me on the desk... Instead I pulled out half the dash and removed many years of hack jobs by retarded previous owners / installers. Removed: - A Pioneer (??) CD stacker loom which ran towards the boot - Pioneer CWM4331 Antenna Switch Box - JVC KW-AVH846 Touch Screen Double DIN Head Unit which had died, thus the replacement. - JVC (??) KW-HBANAV10 Satellite Navigation Unit and GPS Antenna - Kenwood CX-F510 TV Diversity Film Antenna (Ran up both of the A-Pillars and uses the chassis to pick up Analogue TV channels) - Do-Luck D-ACD-M ( http://www.evolutionm.net/forums/evo-engine-turbo-drivetrain/397744-do-luck-acd-controller-evo-7-8-9-a.html ) - 4ga power cable running from the engine bay to under the back seat, which was then taped onto 8ga cable running into the boot for a sub. and then the ground cable was a 4ga which was tek screwed into the body right next to the fuel tank. Kept: - HKS Type I Speed Limit Defencer ( http://www.rhdjapan.com/hks-sld-speed-limit-defencer-type-i.html ) - Drift Boost Guage (Not powering up for some reason, need to investigate that one seperately) Also found a pair of Orlando's baby socks wedged in the corner of the boot.
