  1. We will be using the Long Backtrack and the Skidpan, this event is open to Members and Non-Members. Entries will be up soon!
  2. I saw a few things that indicated that NSW is keen to follow suit.
  3. Don't think the insurance allows motorbikes, just cars. The front AD08R's still have some meat on them too... they were just thunking a little bit when I was rolling... and you can feel the rough spot... Getting them changed to new ones tomorrow morning. If anyone wants the old ones (235/40/18's) give me a yell, but I'm not having them clogging up my garage since they won't be going back on the skyline for track use.
  4. Getting new front AD08R's fitted up tomorrow, current ones are flat spotted after my sandown incident. Entries will be available very soon, throwing together a quick and dirty online entry page at the moment.

  6. Hahahaha, dayam... that's almost sig worthy <3
  7. Put Euro plates on your ute and troll a euro meet, they'll actually take it to heart
  8. Last time I dropped in to spectate a matsuri they had hwp sitting on the entrance road to Winton, casually picking off cars... I must say, I felt very safe in the skyline, compared to the majority of the drift kids and their "daily's"

  10. I've had det on E85, when I had an intake leak and it was running too RICH...
  11. This'd be a dream for me atm... Mine rolled into the tuner with 1/4 tank of ~P100, drained with the fuel pump and topped off with E85... so the tune was done in warm weather with ~10% Petrol Started up 2nd or 3rd rotation of the engine on the first crank in the following weeks (barely driven), but after the next track day (and multiple tanks of E85 bringing it back to a Pure mixture) it turned to crap. 4-5 Cranks of ~5 seconds each... not even giving a cough until the 3rd crank, and once it was running I could even touch the throttle until the water temp got up to 40/50c, anything more than 10% throttle would cause the engine to choke out and revs to drop to stalling danger zone. Once running and warm, it was perfect for the rest of the day... But trying to cold start an E85 car with an incomplete cold start tune, before 6am, with a Ti straight through exhaust... It's not my idea of a fun time. I'm sure it'll be perfect after dropping it back into the tuner for a few days to get a touch up now that the variables (fuel and temp) are correct... But Birds is right, E85 doesn't have the appeal it used to for street cars, mainly due to the price coming back up so the savings no longer counter the inconvenience and increased usage (reducing range)
  12. This is how I like my chicken... "Chefs Choice"
  13. Yeah mine's not starting at all now... Hasn't run for like 2 months, tried to start it a few weeks ago (N/A with turbo & intercooler bypassed) and it really didn't want to go... Gotta get Chris to take a look at the coldstart now that it's winter, very not fun when you're cranking for ages and need to let it idle to warm up before you can even blip the throttle, when it's 5:30am and you're trying to leave for a racetrack. Neighbours hatred is strong.
  14. Or get a cheap hand operated fluid transfer pump from bunnings and stick the line as low as you can get it in the tank (does require opening it up, not sure where they are on a pulsar or if they're a bitch to get to) and pump it out yourself.
  15. If you're that concerned about bad fuel, disconnect the return line from the rail, run another hose from it to a container... turn the ignition on and let the fuel pump prime it all out... then put fresh stuff in. Edit: Beat me to it
  16. For gods sake man! Get your shit together! What happened now?
  17. Having a casual chat with the raptors I'm guessing?
  18. It's generally No Race Engines.... talking super loud cars which would wake up people living close to the track when they're just idling or moving through the carpark... Obviously a car with a semi-legal db exhaust on it can be driven around as normal.
  19. Wow that's actually an oval... R33 is a 6 bolt and it's more of a bean shape, comes in a bit in the middle... Wonder if this is 5 bolt purely so it is accessible? Does the dump curve down pretty sharply, making a 6th bolt on the bottom not possible? inb4 custom made $100 gasket required. Is yours actually leaking or you're just looking to freshen up certain parts?
  20. Not today, last night I had a few... sticky cache with the front end load balancer I believe... If it does it again, try change the page number... see if it loads then.
  21. That'd be Mick from MiColour in Cheltenham... awesome work
  22. And any new company without any reviews, is a re-birthed old company
  23. I vote for leigh paying us an annual fee, and then we'll go fight his battles for him... and use the money to go buy fully sick utes
  24. You'll be fine to enter this event, SAU VIC generally sends out the cards in batches so yours should be on the way soon if it's not already. If it gets closer to the date and it still hasn't arrived, email [email protected] and ask for a membership validation letter for you to print out and take it along. Just in case they PI decide to be tough on the day.
  25. Anyone here want some E85? I've got 3 Jerrycans sitting in my garage that I don't want to turn bad, since I'm skipping the next motorsport round they'll be sitting around for 2 months... So want to get rid of it before it goes bad. Someone come take it away for 60 x $0.994/Litre... Cheap Cheap.
