Can be a bit more complex if you've got bundled services... eg your phone and mobile and foxtel etc with them as well but you just want a different ISP. I've learnt never ever let an automated system, especially Telstra's Siebel, try to work out how to unbundle your products and discounts in the most cost effective manner... And good luck getting them to refund the difference of what it COULD have been bundled as if it was done efficiently.

Depends if their Cancellation Department is actually a Retention department or not. If they ask why you're leaving, say that you've already signed up with another provider. If they ask why you're moving providers, say that you don't wish to disclose the reason. If they say that they need a reason for their form, say you don't give a set of meat flaps about their form

It was a triple sting.... 1. How do you not know how to change brake pads? 2. Why would you take it to a workshop and pay instead of spending half an hour learning with someone who does know whats up (wouldn't recommend experimentation learning with brakes for obvious reasons) 3. FPV.

I don't even want to know what it's cost me over the past 5 years... if I put my fingers in my ears and hum really loudly, I might be able to pay for a few extra little bits and pieces to get it going again. All I know is, it's progressed into a real pig to drive, but I love it every time I drive it (especially now that I don't drive it every day)
