Yep, but with car or construction based DIY I still find it worthwhile for the satisfaction of doing it yourself. I don't get that with making lemonjuice in a spray bottle to spritz on my shower tiles...
Sounds like those stories they run on A Current Affair about how you could save "Hundreds" on cleaning products by going natural... and the end result is instead of buying "Toxic chemicals which could be hurting your family" you make your own at home our of shit like Bi-Carb Soda and Lemon juice... end up spending 2 hours doing 20 minutes of cleaning each week because of your sub-par cleaning products, all to save $200 over a full year.
Track Skyline, boost power a little, drop insurance down loads Daily Evo, leave stock'ish Less stress living next to knox, less "not being able to get to work on monday" if something goes wrong on a track day, 4 doors more mohsens
Well the skyline is perhaps soon to be a street drivable track car, so may as well go E85 for a bit of extra fun, see what ya'll raving about... Will get a tune on E85 and see what I can get out of the current injectors, then upgrade them if needed... Current turbo probably won't even do 290 anyway...
How much would the estimated cost be on a rail and 6 of these Xspurt 1400's?
Looking to go E85 and currently hitting an estimated 75-80% on a BP98 tune via 550cc Nismos...
Any drop in injectors I should be going (to handle maybe 330kw on E85?) or should I be going top feeds?
PowerFC Question...
Whats the best way to work out my current injector max duty cycle / headroom? I did a pull in 2nd to redline and it got to 75.8%... would 3rd or 4th be a better gear to test in?
Straight outta kitchen, another crazy ass line chef
More ribs I smoke, yo, my rep gets bigger
I'm a bad motherficker and you know this
But the pussy ass sous' don't show this
Am I doin' it rite?
In my mind, he makes boxes out of tin sheeting and then complains when people don't want to pay $5000 for it... also complains when people call him brother and try to get dat middle eastern discount... also complains a lot in general.
Because Mohsen.
I did almost stall it a few times, does need some revs... I guess I'm used to a larger 6 with a heavier fly and a softer clutch. Either way, its just something you need to get used to... Annoying as hell in uphill peak hour traffic though
Your 400cc 2 stroke engine will do that...
This is what the dyno correction method is meant to do... bring everything back to a baseline... But it never does... So I never look too closely at the figures, just the shape of the graph compared to previous tunes on the same dyno.
My current tune is 243rwkw on an angry dyno, and it would be about 265rwkw on trents dyno, and maybe 255 on racepace judging from what I've seen from others... Either way, I'm happy with the good midrange I have now
Woot, after swinging spanners for the past 3 nights my baby is back together, now with new big brakes and chunky rear toe arms. Getting an alignment as we speak and it'll be good to go after a quick oil and plug change
It's fine... racetracks love high rpm Good luck exorcising the demons
Mike and I (ok, mostly Mike) rebuilt the centre of my R230 with new nismo discs and swapped it over to replace my old A-LSD R230. Was a pretty simple process, but there's a lot of things that you need to know before you start... marking certain threads for the pinion etc so your backlash isn't stupidly lashy when you're done.
Offfsets aside, clearance to the actual circular wall of the wheel was the issue with my 17's... Wouldn't have been a problem at all with 330mm rotors and the 8 pots... but I ended up getting sent 356mm and a different mounting bracket to suit.
The 17" AVS Model 6's DID fit onto the hub, and it DID spin (but it was grinding on the top and bottom of the calliper... and would definately be bad times especially once the rim flexed a bit on a bump or the calliper expanded) Hey MohMoh, want to buy some sick JDM 17" rims from me?
