If you're getting custom plates then the width of them changes with the number of letters that are on it... Mine is 5, so its not super wide and fits fine... can see the bottom of the bracket at the back though

Standard on the rear of a skyline is a bit too wide, it needs to be bent on the outer 1cm or so to fit... If you get slimline on the rear, then the plate isn't high enough and you can see the bracket. You can get "USA Style" as well, which is the same size as Japanese plates

Considering I've just install 356mm Rotors and 8 piston callipers... My 17's AVS Model 5's with Nankangs no longer fit over them... I really don't want to run my track wheels 18" BBS RG-R's with AD08R's on the street. So to Wasteland... I pose the question: What wheels, width and offset should I get to look good on the skyline and not be over the top in price. I'm thinking of sticking with 235/18 (8.5-9") front, 265/18 (9-9.5") rear? Also, not looking to spend the world on these rims, they need to be pretty subtle as well, so no massive dish etc. inb4 D1R...

So my 330mm 8pot BBK never actually made it to Australia... nearly a month after ordering them, TNT lost them on the way here... So they upgraded me to a 356mm GTR kit for the same price (normally a few hundred more) and shipped them today, should be here by tomorrow morning. Doubt my Daily 17's are going to fit over them though... the 18's should be perfect though... Going to look baller as well.
