  1. 10am: Organise to go to Scotty's joint 11am: Everyone jumps on the bandwagon 1pm: Everyone realises they can't be stuffed and pulls out. 6pm: Scott sits in his backyard twiddling his thumbs Repeat.
  2. He had about 20 peking duck rolls to make up for all the deliciousness that he had to skip, to avoid dying, like a pussy bitch
  3. I'd join the club, but there's no track day / motorsports presence, if you guys set up a track day I'd come along for sure.
  4. Shouldn't have put that bottle of goodness on our table... I'm still laughing at Mohsen coming to an Asian wedding and being allergic to seafood.
  5. Throwback... Sunday.... Who can name everyone in this picture?

    Low Profile Jack

Now we're going in a different direction... First you wanted a low profile jack... now you're going for a light weight one which can only hold 1000kg, with a 375mm maximum lift height (not much compared to the original 505mm one you posted) and it doesn't look low profile at all...
  9. Friday 4:15pm... For lunch I had Sangria Duck Ragu pizza and 3 glasses of champagne Zero work shall be done this afternoon... Can't wait for Winton tomorrow... though just looked at Google Maps, gotta swing past Heathcote first, bloody nearly 4 hours one way. Blergh.
  10. Maybe he's just frustrated and unimpressed at your one word answers. Worst. PT. Ever.
  11. You can get as drunk as you like, since you can't drive anywhere anyway...
  12. Not even amayama takes that long, shipping out of UAE even...
  13. What happened to the car? What parts take a month to acquire? Gotta be coming from JP at that timespan...
  14. My plan was... Nankangs on the 17's for pottering about, Stickies on the 18's for track grip... Though it seems whenever it goes to DECA or Track the 18's go on, and then don't come back off for street driving because the BBS's look better than the AVS's.
  15. I'm currently running at about 250-260rwkw with a nice smooth power curve so nothing really comes on too hard too fast, and the car does mostly street driving. I'm really happy with them because of their bang for buck ratio and their cold grip which is where I mostly use them. If I was taking it to the track then I wouldn't be using them, because as you say, they go off after a few hot laps and need to cool down. They do smoke nicely at deca though Using the basketball court for a motorkhana circuit instead of the megamini, tyres do not like it very much... Also, need rear camber arms
  16. Give me an ebay account and 10 minutes, it can...

    Low Profile Jack

Tempted to just buy a cheapy one, then I can throw that under a tow point on the front to lift the car just a little bit so I can get my main jack onto the crossmember without any hassles. Just sucks balls when you've only got one jack and the car isn't running for some reason and you need to get the front up... Currently it's this weird unsafe dance involving jack stands in weird places so I can reposition the jack, blergh.
  18. Gots me some new rears today... 123S again, 265/35/18 for $200 fitted makes Simon a happy something something.

    Low Profile Jack

My current one is strong, but stupid heavy... Its not low enough to go under my front bar and reach in far enough to get to the cross member... I need to drive the car up onto little wooden lifter ramps first, pain in the arse Are the costco ones long enough that you can reach the cross member in the middle and still have room to actually move the jack handle under the front bar?

    Low Profile Jack

3000kg is good, but it also weighs 36kg so its definately not a light weight jack that you can easily throw in the boot of the car to head to the track. One of the great things about the costco jack's is that they are light weight enough to carry around with one hand if you wanted to.
  21. no.
  22. Say "I'm not paying for anything... I just paid $1600 to register two cars for a year. I'm not paying another fee for you to look up some details on a computer"
  23. I'm pretty sure that there's always been a paid report thing that you can get sent to you... But I've always just called them up, and they've told me over the phone what's up... then a few days later I receive the report in the mail anyway... Just speak to a Vicroads team member, avoid their automated system that'll try to money grab you for basic information...
  24. I'll driving through clayton on my way home at about 5:30-5:45 tomorrow night if you need a hand.
