I massively regret buying the founders package, PGI has proven themselves to be simply incompetent with this game. Gameplay was better in closed beta than it is now, there is still no community warfare implemented (was supposed to be in game about a year ago if memory serves) and they have gone back on a number of promises they made at the beginning, things like "There will be no 3rd person view", which was later implemented, causing a massive community backlash. That being said, its free to play so the only thing it will cost you is download time if you want to check it out.

Haven't been in the beta, but everything I have read so far from people who are in the beta says its a fairly generic mmo, not really worth the money. And having an entire race behind a paywall (Imperial race is only for people who buy the collectors edition) is bullshit for a game with a purchase price + monthly sub.

Picked up some IronX a couple weeks back, had heard some pretty good things about it and wasnt disappointed! Start with some pretty filthy wheels Spray and leave for a few minutes Then clean off And finished with some Poorboys wheel sealant and also Poorboys tyre gel

Pretty sure its M10 for 5sp actually, M12 is for 6sp i.e r34 GTR. The majority of Nismo knobs will fit fine

Not sure that's true anymore tbh, seems over the last year or 2 there have been more m35 specific threads on these forums than c34 ones, and the meets I have been to there are often more m35s there from what I have seen. This idea has come up more than a few times over the years, imo there isn't a real need for a separate forum section, Personally I like seeing what people are doing with their cars, both c34 and m35. Sure it can be a bit frustrating searching for threads and getting a bunch of results for a different model stagea, but even so its really not that difficult to find information. And I wouldnt be that surprised if splitting it into 2 sections results in having two mostly dead stagea forums, instead of the somewhat active one that we have now.

Think it was just Repco branded, there were a few different types and brands different tapes at the store I was at from what I remember. Although I also just remembered that the very first time I put my eyelids on i used double sided tape that I got with some Ikea furniture haha, it stuck pretty well too

I've got my eyelids on with some double sided tape I picked up from Repco, apparently its designed for automotive use, its strong enough that I was pretty worried about breaking the eyelids when i had to take them off once lol. And they havent flown off the car after a few years, so thats something

Yeah I've been finding it pretty easy as well. Hopefully it will get harder in the higher categories, but its a bit stupid having a car 100pp under the limit for the race, and being able to fly past every other car in a single lap. Generally if I lose a race its because I made some stupid mistake on the last lap, and with how easy it is to build a large lead you can spin out and come to a complete stop, and theres a good chance the AI wont catch up before you start moving again.

Have played it for a couple hours today, its good but at the same time its really only a minor evolution of gt5 imo. Car physics are a bit better, but tyre noise is just as bad as it was before, and engine noise doesnt seem noticeably improved to me. Graphics look a bit better than GT5, but its not a huge improvement. Apparently theres an update coming that will improve the sound, but im not holding my breath. Mount Panorama track is very close to reality imo, I lived there for a few years and drove the track a lot, they have pretty much nailed the elevation changes and the general feel of the track. I would say that the lighting they have gone for makes it seem a bit wierd though, it feels like there should be more shadows on the road or something. They also forgot to put in the HWP car parked on the side of Conrod straight I'd say if you loved GT5 and want more of the same, or havent played GT5, then GT6 would be worth it, but otherwise it may not really be worth it. Not sure what other retailers are charging for it btw, but i picked it up from Big W for $68 for the standard edition

The message looks more like a standard phpbb maintenance notice or error message, rather than the website itself being down. I'd imagine if the website were down due to lack of payments then the whole site just be 404ing. You will need one of the forum admins to log into the administrator cp, and see whats going on.

Guy at Just Jap told me a couple months back that Turbolight is out of production and they're awaiting a new product line. I haven't researched it at all so can't confirm if its true, but I haven't seen any Turbolight in stores for ages

Even if you could fit the rears on, the difference in rolling diameter will give ATTESSA a fit, unless you managed to run the same size tyres on all 4 wheels.
