I just bought one today..!! GT badge is for the GT spec - like spec R. Come with leather - red/black and a wing etc... It may have jsut been a badge and not the real thing..

Freight is around $80 - $100. It was white, now been painted orange on top only, ready to paint means it has had all the little imperfections etc removed before it was sprayed so ready to be painted whatever colour your car is i guess.

R32 GTR bonnet.. Perfect upgrade for gts-t. I may be bale to get grilles as well for around $300. Is currently white underneath and orange pearl on top, was painted 2 weeks ago and any tiny pin dents etc removed so is perfectly straight. Ready to be painted.. Pic's available. Will sell cheap for Brisbane/coast people... Everyone else transport available.. Looking for around $500...

SS8_Gohan Tenants in common simply means you are on the contract as a partner with your father and therefore all costs/profits are split 50/50 and for tax purposes etc you can claim against the investment. If you where to do it on the side so to speak you couldn't justify the asset for say a personal loan/tax... As for affording it.... Typically as i said the rental income you receive if you buy in the right location should be suffice to cover your weekly repayments, or close to it anyway, so its really up to you how quick you want to pay off the loan and how much extra money you put in each week..
