Does not look cut to me,theres no straight edges from a blade mark anywhere on the spokes. I've seen plenty of genuine stock wheels smashed to bits,all these pics don't mean squat without the story of how they happened!!

Also NRMA will use cheap aftermarket parts and second hand parts to keep the price of repairs down.They are scum.
