  1. "Honourable Arec san, prease re-fit turbo to your Stagea. It makes Japan no happy fun time; now you has no boosts. Silvia is not racecar, prease stop. You dishonor us all. Yours unintelligibly, Japan sad ex-Stagea good friend."
  2. Nice! Plates would've been cheaper than parking at Sydney airport...
  3. Wow 3Kaz; that's a pretty epic brake upgrade!
  4. Not long now mate! Don't worry, I'll take notes.
  5. I'm in for this one; my missus can't posssibly punch out another baby between now & then.
  6. There's a huge amount of money invested in that build; the amount of fabrication is enormous. Do some calcs at $120-$160ph for their kind of pricing. I still don't quite see how they were planning on fitting a cooling system in with the size of the turbo in that engine bay.
  7. Currently they have no stock; they are discontinued. There are a couple of rear bars floating around, but no fronts. The feedback I've had both here & on the Stagea FB page is encouraging; I'm hopeful it will be enough. As soon as I have an answer, you will too.
  8. Looking good; as always Lek! Any other new mods?
  9. Did you check the muffler bearings? Also, last time i was in your car; there was definitely a loose nut behind the steering wheel...
  10. Only because I'm still not over the bullshit at PI; http://www.bikeme.tv/index.php/caramello-the-clown-and-his-amazing-motorcycle-circus/
  11. You're in the ballpark Jase, just depends on demand.
  12. Yep, without triangulation; it's a waste of time. A curtain rod could do the same job.
  13. Super handy for hanging clothes though...
  14. Mine did more than 60,000km making exactly the same noise. When it did finally die it gave me fair warning, & I drove it for another 2000km before I replaced it. The turbo is a known thing, and hardly the end of the world, just budget for a replacement. To put it in perspective; if you owned a Mk5 Golf; the 100,000km service is just over $3000.
  15. Hey Leon, I know mate. The sad truth is, a lack of sales killed these bars; and the number of PM's I got once they were NLA was very frustrating, to say the least. If half of these people had bought a set; they would still be a stock item. Part of the case I plan present is the demand in other markets that have sprung up in the last couple of years; hopefully they will agree. Whiteline appear keen to stock it again; going on yesterdays conversation, but I am not going to give them some "Pie in the Sky" number; and look like a goon when no-one buys them because old mate is "going to wait & see". I'm really hopeful that people understand what is happening here, and that they do something to help. It's absolutely no skin off my nose if it doesn't go ahead, I already have what I need.
  16. The supply issues Whiteline have been encountering are very close to being over; if you like; PM and I can give you some background on why it is happening.
  17. Yup, dusty as. But they work.
  18. Teflon wrap on the roof? Just in case?
  19. I've got a set of Whiteline Polyurethane diff mounting bushes here; Interested?
  20. The silence is deafening.
  21. Guys, I need your help. I have just had a chat with Whiteline regarding the possibility of reinstating the NM35 bars as a stock component. I have been asked to present a business argument, but I can only do that if there is enough demand to justify. They are keen to do it; and it doesn't appear that we will need to guarantee the 20 odd sets that was originally talked about. I need to know from you if you would be willing to buy a set; not to wait and see, not to sit on the fence while others do the hard yards. If I can prove that these are still in demand, we will have them. If you sit on your hands, waiting for someone else to stump up; you will be left wobbling around with no one to blame but yourselves. It is in YOUR hands. Please post in here so I can gauge demand. Cheers, Dale.
  22. Hi Tony, I do remember having a chat actually! Don't forget the OEM bars are hollow; so going to the 32mm solid front & 20mm solid rear is a huge increase in roll stiffness. Yours I can do as a one off anytime; so when you are ready mate.
  23. What type of Whiteline links were you using; Were they the H/D style? Did you buy them through me? You should have returned them to a Whiteline dealer for replacement. They are very receptive to warranty & return issues. PM me if you still have them ok?
  24. No worries, I do the H/D Links for $135 a pair; bar prices I'm happy to PM. Is it worth my time throwing together a fresh group buy? If we can get 5 people to confirm their interest; I'll get one together. Prices would be increased possibly $10-$15 per bar over my original 2011 Group buy prices. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/372067-c34-stagea-sway-bar-group-buy/
