oh man i love you that sounds awsome. Although I have experienced another problem wif 2nd gear this is with cap to. Ok I accelerate fast in first to about 4 - 5k rpm, then i change to 2nd and put my foot down........................ LAg WTf?!? it like does nothing doesnt rev or no power, a dead spot for about half to 1 sec, insanley gay. i have new distrbtor cap, leads, plugs, fuel filter oil filter and this gay thing happens what to do????

I live in the a place pretty much none has heard of and got pulled over, in my r30 (ahha yeah laugh at me) skyline which I only got 2 days before, they looked at the tyres n stuff gave me a breath test the he charged me for neg cos I cut the corner, at 12midnight who cares. Profit making if ive ever seen it he claimed I was all over the place a went too fast around a corner pffft not happy $178 later.

oh yeah theres an intake pipe leading to a box with the airfliter, as it passes thru the filter its under that.

hey i just recently got my r30 they so cool, i have the nissan service manual that has all the wiring diagrams and stuff, if anyone needs anything outta the manual just ask (i gotta get my $100 bucks worth).

I Ford meteor 84 gets 170 kms off 20litres, my r30 (l2.4e) skyline is lucky to get 100kms of the 20L. That pretty piss weak, how about everyone else? What is the problem. Ive been nursing her as well? surly its not that bad, although it may need a tune as it idles at 1k.

I only like him cos hes Aussie.

Im a newb my name is Daniel, I just bought a 1985 skyline its a r30 from what ive been reading and has no turbo . Im 18 and live in Orange. I dunno much about cars and any help would be cool. I have been reading past posts and suff and the model I have is old, but hey it only costs me $1000. Any information how I can do some little mods or just plain nformation on my car or skylines, would be welcome. Ill properly ask questions as they arise as knw nothing :|. Oh well I may aswell start now, why doesnt it go? I changed the leads the plugs the distbutor cap, it will turn over but wont start, i can smell the petrol but it just wont kick any ideas? P.S I hope to post a pic soon of my stocky skyline.
