I'm selling a Kicker Impulse 356xi - 6 Channel Power Amp.
I have had this amp for around 5 years but was only used for the first 3. It was in working order when I removed it from my car and apart from a few minor scratches it is in good condition. All 6 channels have been tested and are in working order.
This amp would be perfect for someone who is looking for big sound and doesnt want to spend $1000s.
General features:
* All six channels are stable to 2 Ohm; the sub out can be bridged to 4 Ohm
* Low level RCA inputs or high level inputs for head units that dont have RCA outputs
* Seperate built in electronic crossovers to adjust high/low pass filters
* KICKQ bass and treble control
* MOSFET power supply
Specifications:
* 35 x 6 watts RMS Power @ 12.5V all channels driven - 4 Ohm
* 50 x 6 watts RMS Power @ 12.5V all channels driven - 2 Ohm
* 100 x 3 watts RMS Power @ 12.5V bridged mono - 4 Ohm
I'm looking for $150, price is reasonably firm. I'm in Melbourne. I will COD interstate postage costs included aus wide
Engine management is your friend I'd also be turning the boost down to 10psi and heat sheilding the pod (if its not already).
Your 60' time is good, not outstanding but good enuff. The time is very good considering the mph. Is the power smooth up top?
I hate (unts!
This happened to me a while ago. Best bet for the window is to find a wrecker coz Nissan charge like wounded bulls and glass places (ie O'Brien) wont touch it coz its an import...
In the PM he quoted a Nismo clutch plate but may have put a different one in (long story). The pressure plate is custom. It is very streetable. Like I said earlier, the pedal is lighter than stock.
He's still at XTC in Coburg.
I just had one fitted. 5 puck sprung ceramic clutch with upgraded pressure plate. Was $850 all up.
The pedal is now lighter than stock (yes, lighter) and bites like hell. Shudders a bit without enuff revs but I spose thats always going to happen. PM Dr_Drift as he installed mine...
I've got a split dump/front and can only speak highly of it. Gained around 10rwkw from this pipe alone ove stock. I dunno how much of a gian you'll get if you already have a larger dump, but the reduction in turbulance theory certainly makes sense...
Do you have any aftermarket engine management? If not it could be too much boost. The stock 33 ECU dumps shitloads of fuel when you start running more than 10psi. A piggy back is probably the way to go (ie SAFC etc). You should get more out of the coola too.
My clutch never got sorted on time *sniff* I wouldve been there...
Starionturbo what tyres did you end up using?
HKS-R33, that time is good for 97mph, but I would think that 97mph is a little low for your mods...
Yeah had a look thru that already and I'm gonna go with a performance one. I'm just not convinced that a 4WD clutch will be as good as a mild performance one.
