Is that the car with a big stereo in the boot (subs behind tail lights facing towards the front)? Where the wheels a really dark gold colour? If so awesome car (or was). Wasnt a fan of the yellow leather when i saw it, but still looked better than std.

A manual transmission

This question is almost impossible to answer coz dyno figures dont mean much. One dyno tried to tell me I gained 40rwkw from adding a high flow cat... If you want your car to be noticably faster, basic mods like full zorst, more boost and engine management should keep you scared for a while Somewhere round $500-1000 is all you'll need.

I got my car thru ***** and never had a problem. In fact, even after having the car for 2 years they are still willing to help whenever I need parts/mods or general advice. I've since imported rims, suspo and an intercooler thru them. The rims and coola took a lot longer than expected (its the risk you run with importing) but the suspo came in a timely manner. They even installed the suspo for me. On top of their service, the car is mint and has never missed a beat. When importing you certainly run the risk of experiencing situations like you have. Its a shame that it happened to you but for the majority of people it simply is not the case. I hope you get it all sorted out.

Dont forget they need to be "scrubbed in" for about 500km before the real results start to show.

My clutch is on the way out too A mate just got a new clutch and light flywheel from www.hoursepowerinabox.com for his 180. After he paid them it took 3 days to get to him. Seems pretty happy with it too.

I know the whole assembly cost $500 ($538 to be precise) thats why I asked if you can get the lens only. Scoring one from a half cut/wrecker is pointless unless you find a near new one... on a car thats 9-12 years old I guess you've got Buckley's. Having then professionally cleaned is a waste of time and money IMHO as the results dont last. This is something I experienced.

This method does initially work but after a few months it returns back to its horrible yellow tint. Does anyone know where (or if) you can get a new lens?

Do what I did. I went factory Nissan black with a blue pearl thru the clear coat. I have never seen another car with exactly the same colour Some monkey dinted the front bar after it was resprayed but was no problem for the panel beaters to match the colour exactly. So go factory burgandy with a pearl thru the clear coat
