D- jetro seems like it would be bad ass.. no more AFM's and i can see my turbo inlet sitting in the car taunting everyone looking at my (future) engine.. plus i think it just looks clean.

i use to drift a 93 fd3s , 89 fc , still have a SR20 powered 240sx in the states, touge'd my buddy's evo 9, 200sx, and now i own this sexy beast of a car .. i guess i could settle for 470hp. i want to run a top mount turbo set up without the AFM's they cost to f***in much i bought a used low millage set for $600 , so i want to get ride of them soon. what set-up do you run?

i have seen high 600 hp 700hp gtrs with stock internals ( with little upgrades to the head)

i have seen crazy things with higher lift .. i was kinda leaning towards hks stage 2 and upgrading the valve springs.. and the oil pump is definitely going to get upgraded. i want power. i want all four wheels breaking lose. i want to drift and grip drive ( time attack ) my GTR i want 500 - 600+ HP. i finally got my dream car and im goin all out on the motor. i dont know much about the RB's still learning. can any one point me in the right direction on how i can achive my goal?

ya it has stock internals .. and will have a t88 on it next year .. im not gonna boost it crazy and push insane HP till i buy a stroker kit for it. plus dont stock internals handle up to 600HP ? least thats what i hear /read

I trying to save up money to buy Greddy T88 single turbo kit , but im wondering what all would i need to convert to D-jetro.. or is it worth just keeping the AFM's? what ECU would you recommend? and fuel injetors? i plan on doing the install myslef and haveing a local shop tune it. heres the turbo kit ( http://www.nengun.com/trust-greddy/turbo-k...ernal-wastegate ) i plan on spending no more then $10,000... it has stock internals adjustable hks cam gears, stock cams but plan on installing HKS cams IN & EX 256 Degree, LIFT 8.7, STEP 1 need ideas..

my rb26 should be at 20 BTDC, right now its 25. its advanced 5 degrees, i cant retard it any more with my CAS, so im thinking the belt slipped or something. i have only had the car for 3 months .. i dont know if it has aftermarket cam gears. im just wondering if 5 degrees is enough for me to have shitty topend power? it feels like i only boost up to 5500rpm maybe 6. i changed my AFM's and fuel injectors (it was running rich) now its the timing my issue?

that makes way more sense then a rebuild, damn $10000 you can buy a low kilometer motor for $5000 and drop it in, i say F*** the rebuild and go for a motor. it will be out for less time and less money. -
well i changed my fuel injectors out because nissan said it was running rich, that fixed part of my power issue, now it seems my timing is off 5 degrees its at 25 instead of 20 and h have maxed out my CAS clock wise trying to get it to 20 degrees. is this off far enough to cause my power loss at high rpm? if so, do i need to pull the motor to change out the timineg belt ? what is the time im looking at to fix this myself ?

91' R32 GTR would i need a tune if i pull my cams an cam gears out and swapped in Tomei's 252 IN & EX camshafts ?

ya i took it to nissan they said both AFM's were bad so i changed them out and that gave more power , big difference. they also found a few noticeable air leaks that i missed but didnt go any further. the only code that popped up was bad AFM's.. if my ceramic wheels blew wouldt i have much more noticeable issue's i dont even think i would boost right. my car spools just fine, it doesnt hold boost like it vents somwhere.. i just spent $80 on pvc pipe, adjustable valve and an air hose to make a boost leak tester, about 5 min ago. i just want a second opinion.. also what do i adjsut my valve to when i test my pipeing .. the valve goes to 0 - 1 mpa , i dont want to force more that stock boost threw my pipeing.. thanks

i bought my R32 GTR and have had nothing but problems , not to mention this is my 1st skyline .. i change my AFM's because both of them were bad , now i have the power. My question is when i get on it i get up to o'say 5000rpms and it feels like im not boosting anymore like A) i have a boost leak or B) i have stuck BOV's... whays my problem and is this a commen problem... i just want to feel what my gtr is suppose to feel like .. i have owned it for 3 months now and b4 the AFM change it felt like my gtr only had 100 hp, can anyone help me ?

so i just run the 2 air flow meters to the same 2 wires on the controller?

i dont know how to hook up 2 air flow meters on my r32 GTR there is 2 wires it has coming from the controller.. one is an input one is an output i have one meter hooked up... do i hook up the second one to the same wires as the first or would the short something?
