that was the review that made me decide to want to go there for the girlf's birthday. the head chef was friendly as hell, very chatty.

lol. standards are if its at least 50% wagyu, it is wagyu. after all the marbling and shiz is better than some fullbloods.

there isnt. all the wagyu i talk about is wagyu i've personally sourced, then distributed among my mates. Nick has dibs on the last block, and i've only got a few steaks here and there left to to spare. chiba doesn't really do much of the higher spectrum of japanese food.

they're comparable i guess. i just prefer the chilli because there's a sauce you can dip bread in.
