i have 1.4kg of wagyu for slicing into hotpot thickness.
i can probably do one serve of singapore style chilli crab, of course, using mud crabs.
could also do some wagyu tataki. or something like that. can't think of anything else though, satay is too much work and requires a bbq grill. full 24 hours marination and shit.
No big enough pan to do the tricks and cutting food up. Need a big steel plate on the bbq
