well wildfire is basically napalm, and napalm is basically petrol + styrofoam and other thickeners, dissolving enough styrofoam into petrol will make it annoyingly sticky and viscous enough to hold on to anything and burn. if you want it a little more vicious, KNO3 ground fine and suspended into that liquid will provide more oxygen enabling the mix to burn hotter. If you're even more sadistic, sulphur will reduce the ignition temperature, and powdered charcoal will raise the burning point even higher. the final result is hardly a pretty green but if you're taking part in a riot and need to spread some riot police. there you have it. substitute KNO3 for ammonium nitrate in the mix and you've got an ANFO bomb. need to calculate stoichiometry if you want exact figures though.
