  3. you're so annoying on the forums i bet you're more annoying irl. and you can't spell half the time.
  4. always wanted to visit europe, and london especially, as that's where my parent's studied and dated and got married and that's where i was conceived.. but, i can never get past that eternity i have to spend on the plane..
  5. look what has censorship done to L4D2 do we want more censorship? i like 18+ games.
  6. oh well, car is driveable, will visit the mechanic when i'm back in feb then.. too much headache to self diagnose...
  7. hmmm sounds like fun.
  8. don't the sr20det engines put out lots of power for cheap?
  9. hmm, where is that booster thingy you talk about? are you talking about the vac booster? next to the master cylinder? that thing is huge though...
  10. Recently, i found that my clutch goes from soft and comfy to suddenly very stiff, it is a very shocking transition, but after pumping a few times, it goes back to soft again. And occasionally, (more like daily now), when the weather gets pretty hot, i sometimes hear a squeal when depressing the clutch pedal, seems like its coming from the pedal, but then sometimes it seems like its coming from elsewhere, like the squeal only starts when the pedal is fully depressed. It sounds like opening a door with unoiled hinges (i'm hoping that's what it is, unoil pivot ball). So, i think i've narrowed down to these 3 probable issues. 1. Air bubbles in the system 2. Master Cylinder is kaput (well it was $30) 3. pivot ball needs oiling, or destroyed (gearbox out) =( How now brown cow? Does somebody want to come drive the car for a bit and tell me the issue? =D It didn't start till the day of my first paper, on the way to my exams, the clutch suddenly became hard, and then lasted that way till i arrived and parked, no leaking fluid, but the reservoir was low. When i finished the paper, clutch was fine again. Clutch is an OS giken twin plate, everything else is stock. I previously had no pressure in my clutch pedal and had to drive around by turning off the engine, putting it into gear1, then starting the engine to move off, rev matching to change gears. The issue was fixed by changing the vac booster, so if anyone is facing the same prob, try it. There you go, hope i can have an idea what the issue is with the silly car, and then come back and stamp out all those gremlins.
  11. roger that! cheers, now... if i have 2860-5s.........
  12. Yeah, its a huge dilemma because i was supposed to take my steering wheel back home for a retrim in nice new leather, and also to make the steering wheel more comfy to hold. Only gonna cost SGD$200 back home, so its dirt cheap for a retrim. But i guess i'll do it another time, can't drive my car to the EPA inspection place without a steering wheel.
  13. cool, then i shall leave my spare key at the girlfriend's. when it comes, i'll prolly need somebody's help =D
  14. The biggest issue here now is that, i'll be away from australia for 11weeks starting 30th november, so can i just get someone to take my car down? Or do i have to do it personally? This is assuming a letter really comes, and knowing australia, this is gonna take at least 20 to 30days.
  15. Silly 1 intake mod rule. Was pulled over at Ararat on Monday, and then this copper said even though my FMIC is stock, i cannot have Pods, something along the lines of the fmic still being a modification and i only can have one intake mod. (wtf? how is something stock considered a modification?) He even took pictures and stuff of my engine bay and my front mount, and said he's going to submit those to epa, and all i have to do is fix a std airbox and i'll be fine. So, end of story, the questions come now, will EPA come and give me shit for it? What kind of trouble am i expecting? And how much will it cost?
  16. hm. this is exciting, i've never driven interstate before, will be going to o'sullivan beach to meet up with the kitty breeder, then perhaps, do some fishing, and beachy stuff when it gets warmer (hopefully). Then spend the night at somewhere cheap (recommend!) And in the morning, head down to mt gambier to cheap out that blue water and that cave, and also do some fishing, and whatever that can be done there. Then head back down on the GOR on a nice weekday morning, and that shall it be. Back to work on friday.
  17. i wish this really existed, then id on't have to handle live worms when fishing.
  18. yeah, i'm taking the R, the girlfriend is actually visiting a friend, who's also a scottish fold breeder, to view the kittens, and then since we're already there, was just wondering what to do.. nice roads eh? =D~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
