    its impossible to fully distill off the alcohol, and the alcohol is usually added in the last 10mins or so of the cooking time. i cbf to dig up physical property data on the thing but i reckon it still requires quite a high amount of energy to boil off, whats the output of the stove? Lets do a quick energy balance.

    its pretty easy to maintain an R, nothing has gone wrong so far, other than the aircon, which has partially been solved by a piece of paper, and clutch, which has been fixed. there's a lot of space in the engine bay too, so no need for engine out.
