I've paid it once, it isn't a fine, its a service fee for getting your exhaust noise checked out. But the trouble one has to go through to get the EPA cleared, it might as well be. Fuel, time, money. Definitely more than just $38.60. And the best part, my exhaust was legal, and pretty below the limit as well. The Vic Police have yet to reply to my letter sent in approximately 1.5months ago. They probably never will. Where's the accountability!?

thank goodness i'm broke once again. And once again, its easier to hassle those with dark tints, regardless of whether its illegal or not, the vic police and their bionic eyes that can immediately tell if a tint is illegal and their bionic ears that can detect an illegal exhaust are infallible, even when properly calibrated equipment state otherwise.

Lol, back home in the army, when doing guard duty, we were told when there are intruders, shoot the asshole, then fire the warning shot. The rules say to fire a warnign shot first though. Good to know the dickhead has been found.

Actually a bullet to the head is a little drastic, but shouldn't the police personnel have some training in targetting non-lethal spots on the suspect's body? Knees, shoulders, arms and places like that. Getting shot there would quickly show him that he isn't all that invincible and he's more likely to survive and get questioned. He hasn't shot anyone yet has he?
