    lol. wagyu patty, or technically, 100g of wagyu rump cap. and 30/70 wagyu fat + angus chuck 600g total. pretty good. but need to work on getting it cooked more, come at me stomach ache.

    yeah i know what you mean, but that was out of a vac pack that said wagyu f1 silver by stockyard, and that means 6-7 tbh i have no idea how they grade it without even being able to look inside.
