Awesome guide, curious about one thing atm.. Recently I degreased my engine bay and the rocker covers have oxidisation on it, got off most the white powder when i washed it all off and gave it a bit of a rub with degreaser on a rag. Still some remnants though of the powder, any other products I could try using or would it have to be a "sand down and buff" job?

True, you can always import one dude you don't always have to buy local!

to be honest jason, usually the better way to go say if you wanna go check out a car in nsw or something.. is call up a mechanic over there and go 'hey can you guys check this car out for me' etc etc etc... they check it out, give you feedback on all mechanical things, you go 'BAM!!!' deposit... fly over there, take it for a drive yourself if you prefer, and then buy... but if this dude was flying over... he wouldve had a mechanic look at it and made a deposit at that point... it's the smartest way to go or the car is pretty much still free game '-_-

theres a guide on installing it somewhere in the forum... the wires you need to splice are all included in the guide but it's an epic task tbh :S

first thing in morning on random occasions clutch/gearbox whines when i push the clutch in stops after a minute or so... 4th gear grinds every now and then (random occurrence to) evc-s restarts if i leave my ipod/iphone plugged into deck

may i suggest braddles that if at all possible can it be when me and tabbles are in town? we would love to goto one of these and get out there and go nuts!

yeah, you'll be changing gears faster so will it wear your syncros a bit faster... nothing too major won't wreck your gearbox as such though...
