This happened to a mate of mine. The cop wasn't following him, he was parked and my mate went past and got pulled over. Asked for radar and they weren't using it and he took it to court and got left off... I'm not sure of the specifics though

I get around 320 - 330 when my light comes on, I drive in stop start traffic everyday to work though. It has always done around that even with regular servicing...
