34Geeteetee Daily / Track Project
Hanaldo replied to 34GeeTeeTee's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
My ears are burnin! It is tempting. Ideally I would copy Mat's setup to a tee (apart from all that boring ass black! ), but the funds are an issue -

Socrates enjoying the freeway traffic this morning -
I didn't see the point of picking the best/most expensive people. They don't play a huge part really. Might make it a little bit harder, but it always comes down to your player anyway.
-
Because I wanna buy tanks and helicopters and private jets, dammit!
-
Yeh it's a load of crap I say! Kinda sucks, cos it makes me rush through the game trying to get more money. And obviously not gonna be able to afford the golf course on the first play through, I'm not one to play through the same game twice either so probably won't bother. Bit disappointed really, but overall the game is pretty good. Think it's a bit over hyped though, it's not THAT much better than IV. I still find the driving shithouse. But the storyline is awesome, the mini games are good fun, and the switching between all three characters is a great idea.

I'm a little late to this party, but picked up the game on Friday. Loving it, but I'm starting to think this stock market stuff is a load of crap I've literally spent the last 4 hours doing nothing but blowing up Cluckin Bell trucks and hiding from police. Yet my TacoBomb stocks have crashed 3% and cost me over 15k, while the Cluckin Bell stocks have risen 1.8% and keep going up!

Yeah well I feel like it's closer to where I want it to be at least! And my tuner has taken an interest in it and is quite keen to see it running properly so I feel like it isn't a hopeless case haha. Also, good stuff on converting to the purple side! I love the stuff. Not sure where you get yours from, but performancelub has the cheapest prices on it that I have found. -

New house looks really nice mate. I think I'm about at that stage myself. Will fix the misfire, get my tune finished off and will keep working with my tuner to see if we can sort out the problem it has. Maybe some small things here and there, but other than that it's probably time to grow up and save for a house -
All The E85 Luv But So Little United Stuff In Sydney ?
Hanaldo replied to discopotato03's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
Yeah the current draw is pretty high. Mine is very quiet though, much quieter than my old GSS342. -
For idle I think it would be easier to adjust the injector values. The scaling tables are based on the master value, so if that isn't right then you could be doing a lot of adjusting and guess work trying to get it to run. What injectors are they?
-
Shouldnt do any harm just idling, though with 666cc injectors you might have a hard time getting it to idle. Will probably work long enough to check for fuel leaks if that is your intention. Injector settings are quite easy to change in the Link though, you could try adjusting them to get it to idle better. If you can't get it to work then just reload the base map, no harm done.
-
Yeh, glad we are on the same page. Now if only we could get the OP there
-
Well that's where your tuner had set it up or how it is on 33's. On the 34 GTT base map it is in the AN Volt 4 position. Not that its too critical, it's gonna be there somewhere and there's only gonna be one map sensor.
-
Still confused. Can you take a screen shot?
-
But why would it be an issue on E85 and not 98? Mine worked well on 98 but not at all on E85. Is that because the extra fuel required with E85 means more exhaust gas, even at the same power level?
-
Ahhh gotchya!
-
I'm a bit confused about where you are looking, because it sounds like it's the right place. But it's very obvious once you are in there, so maybe you are in the wrong place. So I've attached a screen shot I took.

Man over east sucks! Half of me wants to move over there to find a job, the other half doesn't want to become a criminal just for modifying a car -
Big update! Its sooo close! I'd be itching to turn that key! What still needs doing??

But it would be THAT much better with a supercharger -
It's generally not a good idea to start a job you're not 100% confident about doing properly. Getting someone else to inspect the work done on this thing would be pretty fruitless, absolutely everything has been overhauled. If something hasn't been done right somewhere, the chances of someone else finding it are pretty slim.

I've got an adjustable HKS exhaust cam gear. Was only really useful because I needed to dial the cams in. Wasn't much benefit in playing with it on the dyno.

Hanaldo's R34 Gt(T) Skyline Build
Hanaldo replied to Hanaldo's topic in Members Cars, Project Overhauls & Restorations
Haha my car is just really bad for photos. Nobody ever uploads them. I went through all 6000 official Powercruise photos last year, and even in the off-street racing they uploaded the photos of the two cars before me, and the two cars after me, but none of mine This was my 4th year straight and those are the first two photos I've seen uploaded
