hey all i'm looking to put some rims on my 32 gtst, most probably 17's, am interested in knowing what the widest wheels i can fit without altering the car.

good choice on the black n chrome i will get similar once i've thrashed my current tyres

good call on the engine swap mate, had a vg30DET, now have r32gtst, and really miss the torque of the big 3L.

In relation to having trouble getting into the diagnostic mode, i have had trouble getting it activated as well.. Is it possible that the car being converted from automatic to manual would stop you from getting into diagnostic mode??? as there are 2 different procedures for auto and manual.

hey guys, just bought an r 32 gtst last week. it had been sitting in a garage for around 8 months. So i figured it was normal that when turning corners at low revs it struggles to get power. so i got a service including flushing out injectors and changing spark plugs also cleaning of AFM and new battery.... still no good! i've narrowed it down to NO THROTTLE WHEN TURNING LEFT... its fine going up a hill or turning right at as low as 1000 revs but when wheel is turned left at almost any rev range it loses throttle and stutters back once straight again. WTF? i saw a post on AAC valves could this be related or am i off the mark? any knowledge would be great

hey all, I've just bought an r32 gtst, so far im loving it... have only ever had a turbo car in automatic previously and am really enjoying the feel of my new ride, which has a few modifications already. Hope we can help each other out sometime... Anthony

yeah i have tried this... and yes it does work. I have exactly the same problem as the one stated, plus my aircon only blows hot air even when turned on and set to cold... even though the hose in engine bay is ice cold when climate control is set 2 a low temp. im hoping the autoelec can repair it today. He said he thought it would be the actuator or the flap which switches it over from hot to cold. but in the meantime i have been using this method of switching air con to recycled to stop hot air coming out when off.
